Thank you for your review. For optimal performance, the lights should be located in an area that receives full, direct sunlight for at least 8 hours per day. Solar lighting can be affected by the environment due to the reliance on sunny days. As with all solar lighting, the lights will perform better when the day was clear and sunny than they will if the day has been overcast or rainy. If you require consistent lighting, we would recommend low-voltage lighting. Low-voltage lighting offers brighter, consistent light because it uses electricity and is not dependent on the sun.
