The blinds were perfect color and came timely. Unfortunately, there were no strings in part of the blind!!! Very frustrating! I returned them to my local Home Depot (very helpful people) and have ordered a new blind. Let’s make sure this one is correct and works, please!!

Blinds were defective. Not sure if they were packaged improperly, but I returned them to the store.

The blinds are great! On the first order, we received one blind - as ordered - the second blind however, ordered as a set for matching windows in the same room. Were shipped with a tag that said the product had been modified. Boy oh boy, modified is right!! Clearly loaded on to a band saw and cut down. raw edges, cut cord, rough egdes. The blinds hung in a fan like position. Wouldn't adjust, couldn't be hung, and where still a half inch too long. I called, had to purchase a new blind, pay for it; and take the damaged one to a store for a refund. Thankfully the new ones were correct, and matched the first correct set. The young lady that took my call was very kind and helpful as were the employees at the store that took the return.

All three blinds were damaged when received. The packages were both opened on one end and the blind ties were outside of the package. Paint was scraped off of one of the blinds. Would have returned if using in house instead of garage.

It was very hard to find a 22 inch blind for my small bathroom window. So glad I found it on Home Depot Thanks

I've ordered a number of these blinds for my RV. The most recent purchase was a replacement for one that was faulty. Overall, these blinds are perfect for my needs. Very easy to install and the khaki color helps to block out the beach sun and heat.

Works well and looks very nice!

I did not expect them to be so stiff to open and close slats. I expected the slats to close all the way without slivers of light showing through. I am disappointed that when outside looking in faint shadows can still be seen.

I ordered two(2) of the 36" blinds and several other larger blinds for my RV. Order was delivered on time and I was excited about installing them to cut down on the light and heat coming through the windows. When I began to install the 36" blinds, I discovered one of them was missing the right side draw string that runs through the slats and raises/lowers the blind. This had to be a factory default. Anyway, decided not to go through the hassle of returning it. I ordered another one instead. Hope there are no problems with this one.

First, I never received a wand with this purchase. Second, the string to lift the blind seems to be too light for the load. Three raising the blind seems to require more force than necessary. I think there is too much friction in the system. Four, the product write-up should be sure to include slat width and number of stats so a consumer can match a new blind with an old one. However, the price was right.

I put up a small blind up a week ago and it is great. Today we put up two 65in. blinds and it was fairly easy. If they stay up for years I would rate these as excellent.

The blinds are real nice and fit to size I would purchase again and refer your product to anyone also the customer service skills was great.

This is a very good product. Instructions for installment were thorough and easy to follow. The color alabaster is pretty and matches with just about everything.

I hesitantly ordered three cut-to-width blinds online. I was not sure I would get the correct sizes without being in in the store. But I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived and were exactly the size I ordered. The blinds have been up for about a month and are just what I wanted. I would order these blinds again.

Slow delivery. After removing the blinds from the packaging, I found loose cords, including the cord to raise and lower the blinds. The individual blinds kept sliding back and forth, I quickly realized that I had a defective product. I will be returning them and will not repurchase. Such a disappointment!

The product was cut to the required length, and installed perfect.
