I saw sale the price and couldn’t pass it up. It’s hard to find a fan with this big of a motor (188mm) in this price range. Build quality is also decent. I’m glad I didn’t pass it up.

My son installed the fans without any issues. They operate very quiet and look great. We purchased 6 of these fans, including one for out on the covered patio.

For the price and the fact it is an outdoor rated fan it is perfect for our patio.

Overall, the fan is good. However, only 3 stars because the pull-chain system seems designed to break. I should know - The last Hampton Bay I had, the pull-chain broke inside the switch mechanism, making it impossible to fix, even though the motor was only 5 years old and perfectly fine. So I dropped another $100 on the Heirloom 52 thinking maybe the chain mechanism had been re-designed. Nope, same cheap mechanism, destined to break. Also, for this price, it should have a built-in remote feature - Nope, that's an extra $30. On the plus side: Motor is silent and strong.

These fans really caught my eye when I saw them displayed, I did buy five of them. Over the years the blades tend to bow downward , these are outside under a covered porch. This has become a hassle to flip the blades every season. Maybe the edges of the blades need to be sealed better. I have submitted some photos .

The fan looks very nice in our living room and works great. We're very happy with the product.

Fan is very quiet and a good value for the price. It is outside on our covered patio and does the job.

Easy to put together but definitely a noisy fan. The hum of the motor is a little annoying to sleep with it on. Wish I bought a different fan

The fans work well, the directions for assembly are very poor, for the first timer you will need help because directions are confusing and not in proper assembly sequence.

Just moved into our new home & insalled 4 new Hampton Bay Heirloom ceiling fans. Got an incredible deal on them, & they were very easy to install. Very quiet & efficient.

I was expecting 5200 cu ft of air it was extremely weak. I think your numbers are off. I would take it back if it wasn’t a pain in the butt.

Easy to install. Lights are very bright and the fan performance was great. Since it was install in late September 2020 we were not able to get a feel for cooling performance.

Careful. Bought this to put up for a customer outside. Says Outdoor in description but when received the box says “covered” outdoors. Blades are NOT plastic which was entire reason for buying this fan. Very deceptive. Needs to be corrected.
