It fits perfectly in our living room, and looks like it has always "belonged" there. It is quiet and moves plenty of air. We couldn't be happier with it.

The instructions didn't explain how to balance the fan blades but send the weights to balance the blades.

Install was easy. Did not need to balance, ran quietly and smoothly. Only issue is hole in mounting plate should be bigger to allow easier wire manipulation. A bigger hole would allow the wires to be pushed back into the box.

Not much of a handy man, but this fan was quite easy to install. Having done only 1 other ceiling fan, I was a bit leery, but easy to follow instructions and step by step installation, made this project quite easy. Its looks are so beautiful and there is NO noise when it is running. A truly great fan and great value with a lifetime warranty on the motor as well!

I put this fan in my semi-large living room & it looks really nice. The electrician we had install it (because there was no previous fixture) even commented that it was a high end fixture. Besides running the wiring, the fan installed easily for him. It is beautiful in my living room. The blades have a beautiful color that doesn't look like fake wood. Our stair railing is red mahogany & it looks nice with it. We have other oil rubbed bronze finishes in other fixtures & door knobs in this part of the house so it all looks very nice together. I would have liked to have 4 lights, but the 3 put out a sufficient amount of light. The fan runs quietly too & needed no balancing. It's a great value!

Very nice fan except the room necessary to fit the transmitter for a remote unit. There should be a little more room so there is room for all the wires etc. I had a little problem getting the motor housing onto the studs on the piece mounted on the ceiling.

On high speed it delivered all the air desired. Plenty of light from the three outlets.

We really like this fan. It is the most attractive fan for the money. It gives off enough light and plenty of air circulation. It was also very easy to install with our existing wiring. This one should be for sale in your store, not just online.

We needed a flush mount fan for a guest bedroom, and this fit all the needs. The installation was not the easiest, but with the help of a couple of extra hands it was better. The fan is quiet, and most importantly moves the air very well even on the lowest setting. It has good lighting as compared to the fan we replace, and looks very nice in the room. Purchased online while on sale, so we definitely feel we have gotten a good fan for the price.

Recently moved to a coastal community. I've been told by several people that ceiling fans are not needed, but some nights are warm, and my bedroom doesn't get much cross-ventilation. This fan really solves that problem. It's close to the ceiling, so it doesn't get in the way, and the lights are dimmable which is a really nice feature. After reading other reviews that accompanied this item, I purchased a good quality Lutron light/fan switch designed for dimmable fixtures. It works great. The bronze finish of the housing is a wonderful compliment to the bronze headboard and wall lamps, and the dark color of the blades coordinates nicely with the bedroom furniture. I love this fan!

Replacing an old ceiling fan. Love the flush mount and the mutated metal coloring. Also like having the type where the glass bulb covers do not have to be removed to change a burnt out bulb.

The fan just as nice as the picture looks. It is well made and puts out a very good amount of air. It's also very quite and has very little to no vibration at all. Installation was simple. The installation book has you hook up the black power wire for the fan motor and blue wire for the lights to the black hot wire coming out of the ceiling. But if you have a an additional wire, a red in my case, coming out of the ceiling, the book fails to mention that you hook the blue light wire from the fan to this red wire so you can control the fan and the lights separately from the wall switch instead of the fan itself. Also the fan comes with these tiny 60w bulbs which look too small for the globes. They put out a dim / yellowish light which doesn't look quite right but can be easily upgraded to a 75w bulb.

I purchased this fan online for my master bedroom. Color and finish are accurate to the pic on the homedepot website. I used a tech since I have no experience installing ceiling fans, and all the wiring was a bit intimidating. It took about 30min from unboxing to complete installation. The fan runs smooth and the three lights (included) do a magnificent job in illuminating the whole room. The only sound I heard was the air flow throughout the room with very minimal if any motor sound. I'm very satisfied with this fan.

This fan was easy to install my husband did it in less than 45 min after taking the old fan down. I like the modern classy look this fan brings to the room. Its also very quiet even on the highest setting and provides ample light for the whole room. We will be buying 3 more to replace the other bedroom fans. Great quality and you simply can't beat the price.

Liked the first one so well, I bought this one for a second bedroom. Needed unit that was close to ceiling, had lights and usable with a dimmer.

Installed 2 in the master bedroom. Set up so both work on 1 dimmer switch and fan control works both fan speed.

This fan looks great and is quiet!!!! I can sleep with this fan on.

I had a little trouble hooking up the wires but that's because some of my wires were missing. Overall the fan is amazing! It's sturdy, clean finish, and very good appearance. The only thing that my wife is sorta annoyed by is there is a very light or quiet tick from the fan rotating. We are used to it by now and at medium speed we can sleep without it keeping us up.

Profile looks so much better on my lower ceiling. Quiet! Hooked up to existing light-dimming and fan speed controls. Just might order another to replace den fan.

This fan was extremely easy to install. It looks great and is very quiet.

Installation got easier the the more we did; we bought four. Two people can make it easier, if its a good working team. Recommend getting Saf-T-Bar, before the fans arrive. Runs quiet. Very bright. Small lightbulb base may make finding low energy coiled replacement light bulbs difficult. We'll see.

I purchased 2 fans for my contractor to put up. Loved them so much (and so did everyone else) that I had to buy 3 more for the bedrooms. Not only are they beautiful, the quality is fantastic, couldn't beat the price and it is so quiet that I can not hear anything except the wind blowing. Love all 5 fans that I purchased.

This fan is both great looking and very quiet. Bought this for my son's room and he loves it. It looks much better than the picture. It went up easily and is very smooth and quiet. No wobbles! I prefer the three lights over a globe light.
