Nice fan & light kit BUT I bought for what I thought were medium oak colored blades, they ard much darker than I would have preferred.

Very quiet fan. Bright lights. Just what we needed for Master Bedroom.

So when we moved in we had two fans in our house, one of which being that first fan. Well in our guest room there was a plain light, we wanted the same fan as the first picture in there but they don’t sell the finish now so I bought a iron one for that room. These fans are great! If you’re looking for a good quality cheap fan, go for this! (I think you should still sell the finish of the first picture, it’s cool) I might actually buy another one to replace that other fan! I love this fan!

This is a very beautiful ceiling fan. The only problem I have is that it came in as a bright gold mount instead of a polished brass mount. I had an electrician to come out and install it in my living room so I did not know until it was too late to return.

I have three of these and really like them. Easy to install and if you check the comments there is the information for wiring for a separate fan switch. There is a little bit of fan noise when they are running but it isn't too bad. I did change out the provided light bulbs for ones which are less yellow. The four lights make it very bright and I like that you can have two on and two off.

Very nice brushed nickel flush mount ceiling fan & light kit. pretty easy to install . Runs quiet and works great off my rheostat wall switches.

Great fan for a decent price. I've only had it for a few months, but so far, it's doing great. It has the option to turn on 2 lights or all 4.

This fan exceeded my expectations. It is well-manufactured, matches my other fan, and even has lighting features not mentioned in the description. What is cool about the lights is that they are four position lights. You can have all four lights on at once/or two opposite lights on (both opposites), which allows for a variety of lighting choices/conditions.

Beautiful ceiling fan more than I expected.

Easy to install and a great improvement to the "builders special" that were in three of our bedrooms. We had very little light in those rooms and now we can see again! Fan works well and is very quiet.

Great price for a quality fan and light combo. Eay to install, hugs the ceiling, and is low profile. Moves a lot of air, even on low speed and the led light bulbs were included so I dont have to worry about changing them for several years. Also, you can turn on 2 or 4 lights at once. Overall a great replacement for our old fans.

Much nicer than the picture. Wound up ordering a second one for my living room. First one the holes were slightly off on the lighting kit but not so much so that it was a real issue. Second one went up without any issues. Very easy and quick to install. Great air movement.

Fan looks very nice and works perfectly. Installation is easy. I just had a little trouble putting the light fixture. I wanted to put a remote but there is no room in the ceiling mount bracket to insert the remote receiver. My advice to Hampton Bay will be to make some room in the ceiling mount bracket to insert remote receiver as there is a lot of room in the canopy that covers the fan motor assembly and ceiling mount. Also, it will be best if the light fixture would have 'J' slots that can slide into the screws instead of transitional screw holes. Screws to put together that assembly are too small and alignment is difficult. Other than that, it is a good fan and price is good as well. Four lights make my whole game room alight. I put 100W daylight equivalent LED bulbs. The option of having only two or all four lights ON is very useful.

It came with as ll the pieces. No ordering incorrectly. It was delivered. I just had them installed. So far so good. It yeah

Love this fan. It was easy to install and works great. The motor runs silent even on the highest level. It greatly improved airflow to my 150 sqft room. Loved the different option. One word of caution: if installing with a dimmer (I installed the fan on a dimmer fan control combo) the lights that come with the fan do not work with dimmers. You will have to buy a LED Dimmeable light bulb(s). If you do not the standard bulbs will be too dim. I also like that the fan has three light modes. 2 with variants of 2 bulbs on or all four bulbs on. I definatley recommend.

This fixture intalled fairly well and looks beautiful. Three ways to improve the product would be to make it easier to squeeze the light fixture wires between the light fixture and the fan base, provide a beauty ring to cover screws, and to provide dimmable LED bulbs.

Assembly instructions were easy to follow. Wire connections made safe with connection caps. (Be sure that there is a third wire to properly ground the fan. It is required to stay within code and protect your home) I also liked the final wire connection. You just line up the arrows and plug it in. I added extensions to the pull chains because they were too short for me to reach. I've had this lighted fan for a couple of months. Everything works great and I love it. My family loves it too.

This is the forth one of these I have purchased. Run great. (previous 3 still going strong) Price is right. Installation a breeze. (get it fan... breeze?)

These are great ceiling fans for the price. The "ceiling hugger" style is good for lower ceilings and the fans are high quality - smooth and quiet while running and very good looking as well. I ordered three of these to replace older existing fans and these seem to move a much larger volume if air than the old fans ever did. These can also be installed without the light kit, which I did on one of my fans, by ordering a blank cap from Hampton Bay's customer service number ($8 plus shipping; ships directly to your home). Would definitely recommend these fans.

Very impressed at the ease in putting it together. All of the materials were either pre-set or easily identifiable making the process that much nicer. Love the way it looks. It's very quiet & perfectly matches an antique solid brass refurbished fan already here. I've used Hampton Bay previously, so knew it's quality.

We had a handy man put up the fan, he had no problems. We like the reversible blades so you could choose which color/style that you liked. The lights can be two on or all four on, that's a nice feature. The pull chains need to be longer, please note Hampton Bay Carriage House.

easy assembly and installation great product!

I like the and it works good. I liked the way the bolts were mounted in the blade that made the installation easier. If the tiny screws and their lock washers were fastened together that hold the cover on, installation would be even easier.

I love this fan, installation was a breeze, about 1 1/2 hours, my spare bedroom is decorated in black and it matches perfect, I love how this fan hugs the ceiling, i don't like the pole fans. I use this all the time on low speed. the LED bulbs are very efficient and the reversible blades are a plus i have mine on the black side.

I bought a house with this fan installed in the bedroom. I love the finish but wish it came with a remote! Luckily it's compatible with the Hampton Bay universal remote systems, at very least. I installed their premier wireless remote system and it all fits inside the main metal cover that touches the ceiling. I might but another for the living room B-)
