Unfortunately we cannot control what happens once the product leaves our facilities. Please know that all of our shades come with a 1 year warranty. If your Hampton Bay Caramel Simple Weave Bamboo Roman Shade order does not match a previous order of the same shade you purchased in April, please call the Lewis Hyman, Inc. Customer Service Dept and ask for the Shades Expert. Do you still have the packing slip or package from the April order? Bamboo shades are a natural product. Depending on the time of year the bamboo is cut, when the stain is applied it could vary slightly from dye lot to dye lot, but it should not be that noticeable of a difference. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. All our products come with a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase with proof of receipt. Customer service is our number one priority and we would like to do all that we can to see that your orders match as closely as possible. Since your first order was purchased in April, if you would like to return it to Home Depot for a store credit and then call the Lewis Hyman, Inc.
