This set looked good in the picture, so I thought, “why not”? It does look attractive when assembled and it is comfortable for those who like firm seating which I do. The 3 seating sections come as a total of 9 pieces that require assembly using screws, washers and tools provided. The process took me about 40 minutes with the help of my wife and that included unpacking. The hex wrench and small ratchet provided are convenient, but the ratchet broke early on during the assembly process. The screws provided have threads and heads that I consider less than good quality, but none stripped during assembly and it is a one-time process for most people. Those issues just mentioned resulted in taking away one star. Poor hardware seems to be a general issue with items made in China. I am pleased with the end result as an addition to our covered porch. By the way, while the cushions are treated against spills, the web site does say that you should keep them from getting wet since they are not waterproof.

Well built and beautiful. This took about 45 minutes to assemble. We only used the tools that came with it and it is the first time the rooks were very useful. The little ratchet was super convenient. We also downloaded the app with 3d instructions and found it useful and cool. Two of us was easily able to assemble but it would have been much more difficult;by myself. As you cab see it is a very nice sitting area. We love it.

Good quality patio furniture. Assembly took a bit of time. I'd say it took about 30-40 minutes to assemble. Nothing too hard. There are about 14 or so screws you need to tighten and a handy ratchet is included with the hardware kit. The furniture weighs about 140 pounds or so. Its quite sturdy once you lock all the bolts down. The seat cushions are a bit stiff however I assume they'll settle in over time. The bac cushions are quite plush however they are a bit itchy? Also there is a small chemical smell to them. Over time this should dissipate however it is quite irritating. I'm 6'2 and can't lay down on the sofa comfortably. Leaning back on the cushions is probably the most comfortable position. All in all, decent furniture for my day room. Once it gets a bit warmer, these will get moved out to the patio.

Quality steel construction on this outdoor sectional. The welds are smooth and the powder coat finish is perfect. I really like the chili/red cushions adds a splash of color. And it’s very comfortable to sit on and relaxing. The back supports up to about the shoulders and the seat cushion is firm but comfortable. This item comes shipped in one large box. And weighs over 150lbs. Once you open and get the packing materials pulled off, it has to be assembled. All hardware is included. I do suggest a power drill/driver, there is a fair amount of screws. I did this job myself and from start to finish it was just over an hour and that was on a 35 degree day. The sectional is in 3 sections and they are held together by 4 large plastic clips. They can be removed so the pieces can be moved when needed. But note the sections will slide a little bit so if that bothers a person perhaps another method of attaching them more solidly would be preferred. Also the feet have some adjustability to accommodate uneven decking or patios. I’ve had the Hampton bay sets and I know first hand they are durable and the cushions will last many years if cared for properly and stored during the off season. They dry quickly and clean up easily as well.

Love the set. The corner piece gave me the hardest. The is one hole not drilled correctly. Very comfortable

The holes are not aligned for the screws to secure it.

Looks great and is pretty comfortable , but soaks up the rain and holds it for days. I thought it was water resistant but I now have a cover for it.

I have had it a few weeks and so far so good. It was easy enough to put together, I did it by myself in like an hour. I like the way it looks and feels comfortable enough to sit on. I wish the back cushions would strap on since I have it in an area with high winds but that is my only complaint so far.

Couch comes as advertised. Looks great, very closely matches two remaining HB pieces already in the gazebo.

The set is nice and my husband which is very good at fixing things had no problem putting together. The delivery was awesome, super polite and happy. My only knock are the back pillows are a little under-stuffed but for now looks great and comfortable.

With a little finagling, the set went together fine. now we can relax on the deck in comfort.

the item is not perfectly built as a result it is almost impossible to install all the parts appropriately

I purchased this set as a replacement fot my indoot sectional that my pack of dogs had taken over as theirs. Its a great alternative to normal house furniture with its outdoor ready cushions. The price was great for all 3 pieces and seats at least 4 comfortablely and as I am a severely overweight person it supports me without any creaking. I am really glad to have brought this into my home.
