We like the finished product but really had to wrestle with the assembly. During manufacturing, a little more quality control is needed.

Seat cushions are very hard. Several of the screw threads were not scored correctly it completely on the loveseat's back so my husband had to tap them open. If he hadn't had the necessary tool we would not have been able to complete the assembly.
Delivery was outside the time window given by a couple of hours.?

Fastener locations did not align. As trying to get one in bolt simply sheared off. Now I need to drill out fastener and add external nut
Chairs are very comfortable and seem sturdy
There was no delivery damage
Delivery was average due to cost being added price and then delivery. Contacted local HD but person that was to respond did not call back

Comfortable deck
Easily assembled (two wouldn't hurt but done on my own) attractive and well made.. It's not small, check the measurements.

This Hampton Bay Outdoor Loveseat was easy to assemble. I love the way all the parts needed was packaged and the instruction manual was easy to follow. This loveseat is very comfortable!

One leg is shorter and required a shim but otherwise a nice loveseat although a bit pricey for the size. Cushions are well stitched and comfy.

Good, solid patio couch
Defintely do not tighten screws until ALL screws are in place otherwise last one won't fit ... put in about 1/4 to 1/2 way and then when all part way in go ahead and tighten them all

The sofa itself is excellent—no disappointment. The sofa gets 5 stars. However, the confusion around delivery was nightmarish, and will affect any decision to shop at Home Depot in the future. My rating for service would be “poor.”

Manufacturer defect
I was excited when I purchased the patio set. I first TRIED to assemble the love seat, I was una le to get past the first step since the holes did not align. So I placed everything back into the box as best I could. I moved onto the arm chairs (I bought 2 of these). Well, let me tell you that the back rest was MISSING HOLES where the screws SHOULD go on BOTH arm chairs. I decied not to even bother with it it would be a waste of time considering the track record.

Assembly instructions were a bit vague even for someone who had mechanical ability. Suggest putting a more common screw head instead of clumsy Allen type wrench.
