I had read the previous reviews suggesting to rub teak wood oil on the wood, I took the advise and glad I did. The wood looks so much better.

A great patio table and chairs. Looks very nice and sturdy.

Arrived when expected, little to assemble, followed others reviewer's suggestions to cover the teak with two coatings of teak oil. So far the set has not been exposed to rain. It looks great and with the sale price it was a great value.

Because I purchased this set as a deal of the day, it was 50% off... which TRULY made it a deal of the year! The chairs (6) are sturdy and have held folks of 250 pounds. I did NOT seal the table only because I enjoy the weathered look of teak. I also purchased an 11-foot California marketplace umbrella (to match the pool color) to go into the center convertible hole of the table, with an inexpensive weighted base. I read that smaller umbrellas just didn't provide enough area protection, and the 11-foot model covers the entire table area, which is pretty substantial! I "gave" the set to my husband as a Father's Day gift... the man who has everything (except for a teak table and chair set!) We all enjoy the package! I highly recommend this set. It is outstanding!

It took me over a year to buy patio furniture because I am very picky and didn't want to pay thousands for a set. This set is beautiful. I love the wood top, and once I put a few coats of wood oil on it, it seems to great in the sun and rain. There is hardly any assembly required. Great value for the price.

I loved the way it looked in my terrace. The chairs are comfortable and both table and chairs are sturdy. The wood on the table stains easily, so a coat of varnish prior to use may help. I wish I known that prior. Otherwise this was an excellent buy.

Pretty good and looks great, the delivery took more time than expected, some piece of wood arrived broken but the customer service was very nice and did send me the replacement one right away.

Arrived undamaged. Easy to assemble. Put teak oil on the wood to enhance appearance. Looks great. After 2 months on a covered outdoor porch in Florida summer weather, did not have the mildew problem described in other reviews. At the special discount price of $260, a really great deal.

The set came in 3 boxes (table, 2x3chairs). Overall it seems more than reasonably well built, considering the price and factoring in that I bought in on a daily special at 260$. The structure is metal (aluminum) so it won't rust or discolor/get brittle if left under the rain/sun. Screws supplied are stainless steel, no zinc-coated stuff that would stain all with rust color. Chairs use a plastic mesh-style material that is quite comfortable. I don't know how durable it is (had the set for only one month), but the material can be replaced since is clamped by brackets held by stainless-steel screws. The only thing I would recommend if you get this, is to apply a clear coat (stain if you want) to the wooden parts since it really needs it. If you look closely at detail it will show clearly that this unit is not built by robots in a fully automated factory (i.e., screws at the bottom are mostly aligned, but not perfectly so). Still, this doesn't really impact the functionality of the item, but it's the reason why I can't rate it top scores in quality.

Looks great! Was nervous due to some of the issues others stated regarding mold/mildew/discoloration etc....Aplied Teak Oil and so far so good.

I made sure to seal it before putting it out. It looks absolutely beautiful!

I absolutely love this set. I read the reviews before purchasing it. It's high quality and looks great on my deck. I do recommend protecting the teak. I live in New England and the weather can,do a,number on unfinished wood. It took minutes putting together, Came in 3 large boxes. My only complaint is that delivery took forever. They lost my first set and it took well over a month to have a replaced. So definitely give enough time for delivery.

Arrived fully assembled except for the table's legs - eight nuts & bolts. Couple of loose caps on the chair legs. But otherwise easy to set up and begin using. Took longer to unpack then to assemble. Good value for the money and comfortable.

An excellent deal. Looks pricier than it is and the seats are comfortable. I love the rectangular shape which allows this set to fit in a smaller area of our patio and not take up so much room. Easy to put together even for this 61-yr-okd woman. I'm happy!

This is a surprisingly nice-looking and well built set, even at two or three times the price. The wood is not top quality, but given proper care (I use Howard SunShield wood protectant every few weeks) it is holding up well and still looks great despite a very wet, hot, and humid spring and summer. The chairs are quite upright but very comfortable, and the mesh material shows no evidence of stretching. Assembly was straightforward and only involved putting the legs on the table. I have now paired the set with an Abba Patio 9-foot umbrella in dark red, and it looks great. Guests absolutely cannot believe that the whole set, shipped, was less than $300. I don't know how Home Depot managed this price point, but this was one of my best purchases of the past year. I don't know how the finish will hold up over time, but if this lasts more than two seasons, I won't have any reason to complain.

Easy to put together, took about 5 minutes! Looks great! Chairs are a little on the small side. My husband is a big guy and these are a little tight!! Only just got it so we will see how it holds up!

Easy assembly of the legs to the table. Great finish and the look of quality. Table length could have been a tad bit longer to a allow chairs to set underneath when not in use.

Great set for a great price. The only assembly was the legs on the table and they were very easily done.

We have had this table about 6 weeks. It already has dried out on top and has mold growing on the wood. It definitely needs to be sealed. We have it on a uncovered deck.

As others have mentioned would be nice if the wood already came sealed to avoid the additional work during set up.

This set came in 3 boxes, all of which were packed with meticulous care, table very sturdy, albeit somewhat light in weight, but very well made. Took an extra measure to ensure the top would not mildew by applying an orange oil product on top, sides, and bottom of teak table top, after first rain, it just beaded up, but did not penetrate the wood. Chairs are light weight as well and seating is mesh wrapped around chair sides and bottom, but appears to be well made. Got this set on a Home Depot "deal of the day" for $265, and at that price I'm a happy camper.

This table set is just gorgeous! Exactly what we were looking for. Super easy to assemble and very sturdy. A little on the pricey side but worth it. We applied Teak Oil on the wood to keep it protected and while it's only been a month, we are so happy with this purchase!

The table comes in five pieces: 4 legs and a table top comprised of a metal frame attached to a wooden slat top. One of the legs was damaged and the table top frame was as well. Someone had slapped some touch up paint on the metal table top frame. Customer service would only replace the metal frame. The metal frame came already attached to the wooden slat top, so I will have to attempt to take them apart and attach a new metal frame, hoping to not further damage either piece. I sent an email to Home Depot customer service, who agreed the entire table top should be replaced, because it comes as one piece. Hampton Bay customer service wouldn't budge (even though they are owned by Home Depot). Apparently it is made in Vietnam. Beware.

The set was shipped in 3 boxes. The only thing I had to assemble was the table and I was able to do that in less than 10 min. The chairs and the table are solid. I was pleasingly surprised to find out that the table had a place for an umbrella in the middle which you cannot tell by looking at the pictures online.

The table is made out of aluminum , top is teak wood. The chair's structure is also made out of aluminum and a piece of teak for the arm rest. Its not too heavy but its well made. The package came in 3 big boxes . Assembly was minimal , all you have to do is attach the 4 legs on the table . The chairs are shipped fully assembled. All in all i would say that this set is an excellent value and i would recommend it to a friend.

The table was really easy to assemble, and it seems very sturdy, the chairs come right out of the box ready to use. This set is really worth the money spent!!
