This is a beautiful product. Previously we purchased the three lamp chandelier for our dining room. AS we are moving to a larger house, we wanted the same chandelier for the new home, only with more lights. We were so pleased to find the same model with 5 lamps.

This light looks okay but the color is very subdued. When lit there is a bit more but wish there was a bit more contrast in colors in the globes.

I figured for the amount of money I paid for this product it would be virtually flawless. Well, when I opened the packaging, the stained glass shades were very oily and the packagi was turned inside out which caused the writting on the packaging to stick to the shade. Also, the quality of the shades weren't as high quality as I thought they would be. Not all the edges lined up some were way off. It's still very lovely but not as high of quality as I would have thought it should have been for the price. Probably because it was/is made in China.

It looks nice on picture and It comes like what it looks on the picture. It is not difficult to install. I would give five stars if it comes in the size which does not looks as large as it looks on the picture.

I don't even know where to begin in describing how incredibly disappointed I am in the shoddiness and cheapness of this fixture. I am amazed by all the good reviews on here. I wonder if somehow I got a different product than everyone else! First of all, when I opened the package and pulled out the fixure, I noticed that the Styrofoam surrounding the lampshades had yellow stains. This is because the glass shades all had some sort of oil on them when they were wrapped in the "protective" plastic bag and then placed in the Styrofoam. To make matters worse, the black print on each of the plastic bags (detailing how you shouldn't put this bag over your baby's head) had rubbed off onto each of the shades. I had to spend about a good 10 minutes on each of the shades rubbing off the oily substance and ink that had transferred from the bags. The second disappointment is in the structure of the lampshades themselves. The lines of metal between the glass pieces are not straight, some of the finish has rubbed off, and there are gobs of metal in the corners and the places where they shouldn't be. Additionally, the geometric print design is simply a thin, poorly cut metal stencil outline that is barely adhered to each shade. They are not cut out properly, as the middle of the stencil has been left by mistake on a lot of the designs. Some of the pieces that shouldn't be there pop off easily, but others are simply just stuck on. I can tell that this piece is going to be a cleaning nightmare. When I was trying to get the oily substance off the shades with a microfiber cloth, the fibers of the cloth kept getting caught on the poorly adhered geometric stencil. I have no doubt that within a short period time these geometric stencil outlines will either break, fall off, or be twisted and bent on the shade. I have not yet installed this product cannot comment on that part. I will likely be returning this lamp.

Good quality, especially the leaded glass. It's just a bit more 'rustic' and heavy then it looks in the picture. Rather dark wrought iron look. We put it over the kitchen sink, the light is very warming

This chandelier has wowed everyone that has seen it hanging in my dining room. It is extremely well built, and a lovely piece indeed. The biggest issue with installation is opening and closing a chain link to adjust the height. I'm not sure what could be done about that, however. Love the finished product!

Had originally ordered the three light chandelier but after putting it up, realized it was too small for the space but loved the colors and style. It also was about three inches smaller than specs. When this went on sale, ordered it. Installation not too bad for husband, delivery very prompt and really love it for the price.

We wanted a light to replace a flush mounted rather plain and old looking light which was mounted to our ceiling over a side entrance which comes up several stairs into our living room. This light is perfect. It now hangs above the entrance and steps and casts a mellow amber glow onto our white ceiling and walls. We have it on a slide dimmer switch and can thereby vary the intensity of the light. It appears well made and the glass in the three globes is beautiful even when the bulbs are off. Really happy with this light. Install was easy, good directions.

I purchased this chandelier for the kitchen of my new house. For the value, it is beautiful! There are a few things about this chandelier that should be noted before you purchase it. There was that a little bit of the design on one of the shades had chipped away, but that was hidden easily by installing that toward the middle of the fixture. The difficult part of installation was trying to pry open the links on the chain to hang the chandelier. I am not sure what kind of tools are necessary to actually get the links open, but my carpenter boyfriend did not have them (and he has everything), so a few of the links got scratched. However, one of the links is directly on top of the fixture (so no one really sees that), and the other is the link connected to the canopy, so you'd really have to stare at it to notice it. All in all, I'm very pleased with my purchase!
