There is absolutely no protective cardboard or foam around the product to hold it away from the box edges. The panel gets beat up sliding around inside the box and hitting anything that the box hits during transport. It ships via package deliver service we keep ordering hoping one arrives undamaged. Product will be fine if we can get an undamaged one.

Fit perfect. Description where as advertised. Fast shipping. And the price was perfect.

The dishwasher end fit great, is sturdy and looks great. It was easier to use than making my own would have been.

The condition of the panel itself is fantastic. If you have Dove Gray cabinets, this is the panel for you. If you have Pearl Gray cabinets, Home Depot's website will recommend this panel to you. When you take the time to call ahead and verify whether Pearl Gray and Dove Gray are in fact the same paint, prior to ordering, they will tell you it is. I can tell you Dove Gray is a significantly lighter gray than Pearl Gray. It is not the same color.

The Beech panel was bowed and hard to attach because of the bow. Other than that it was about as expected.

Needed an end panel to cover the dishwasher at the end of counter and this fit the bill nicely. A bit pricey but saved a lot of time fabricating and end panel. decent quality.

returned it as it didn't work for our project

I purchased this item along with the pots and pans drawer in anticipation of needing it to finish the cabinet end. The drawer unit came fully finished so I did not need the end panel. When I went to my local store to return this item I was told that I wasn't returnable since it was part of the drawer system. Of course that is not the case and even an assistant store manager claimed I could only return for a store credit card not a credit to my VISA card. After more than 45 minutes I was finally of given a refund to my VISA account. This only happened because I refused to accept the store card numerous times and I said I would file a challenge to the charge with VISA. If this is customer service at HD you can keep!

They say this is solid wood. It's actually partical board with a separate sheet of Luan that I have to glue myself. Don't waste your money... I will build my own

Not bad, but not the way it really should be made. This is 3/8" partical board connected to a piece of maple wood. they have a separate peice of 1/8' veneer you have to glue to your partical board. Nowhere in the description it says this. I thought it would be a 5/8"-3/4" plywood panel with a sanded birtch finish on both sides, so you can finish both sides if needed. You would have to buy another skin to do the inside of the panel if you need that side finish too. In my project the end panel will be exposed on both sides.

I recently redid my kitchen with IKEA cabinets and for some reason this isn't a product they offer. I had to make some modifications to this one to make it match the doors and drawer fronts we purchased but the real reason I can't give this 5 stars is that it wasn't level. Thankfully I had the tools needed to adjust this piece but the top and bottom should be parallel when you purchase it. And thankfully it was uneven and taller than advertised so I could cut it down to the appropriate dimensions.
