Was simple to start install.however getting the 2 mounting screws through holes insulation and foil was insane.took forever.looks good overall in my kitchen and was excellent on my triceps

I visited HD with the intention of buying a different light fixture, but I changed my mind when I found this one. The sand color matches with the furniture I have in the room where I install it. The installation process very easy, took me 10 mts or less.

Trying to match existing fixtures. Different sizes were important for various placement. This met the need.

We bought this lamp to replace a fan that was a hazard due to a low ceiling. Working close to the ceiling it is a real problem to attach the pan to the bridge screws when you can't see the hole location and you are going thru the foil and fibreglass heat shield. I ended up using shrink tape tubing to locate the holes and thus "pilot" me to the openings, Then while holding the fixture firm to the ceiling with one hand, attach the mounting nuts with the other all the while maintaining balance with a bad back. (See photos attached. Read the mounting instructions carefuilly and remember you have to go thru the heat shield.

color was disappointng

The light is very easy to install. The color of the fixture allows it to almost go with any decor. I have put these fixtures in many customers houses and never have had bad feedback.

Wonderful and inexpensive option for a low-profile light fixture

I installed in a few minutes and the light is great for my kitchen. My wife likes the way it looks and diffuses the light. We dithered back and forth between the matching three light fixture, and finalized on the two light fixture and installed 1 40 W and 1 60 W LED equivalent. More than sufficient for my Galley Kitchen.

It was a little difficult getting the screws from the ceiling pushed down it, but we did and it looks great.

It’s always difficult to remove the diffuser

I didn't install it myself, but it went smoothly for electrician and it looks great. The detail around the light matches the trim in my house so it feels cohesive.

Terrible! Installed these lights about 6 years ago. Time to change the bulbs and now the glass dome won’t come off. Domes are difficult to impossible to remove. Now I have to break the domes to even uninstall the lights. Getting a different design now.

The 'glass' is beautiful. The ring is interesting without being gaudy. We used LEDs for bulbs. To get the threaded shafts in the mounting holes, we put a narrow shaft screw driver up through the first hole and slide the base up toward the shaft on the screw driver careful not to shift the screw driver. After the first 'cap' nut was a few turns on, the second one was found by swinging the base until the second threaded shaft could be seen, or if you're lucky it pops. Those 'cap' nuts screw onto the shaft like a regular nut. They don't stop like you would think from the name 'cap.' However, they have an area with vertical grooves so you can hand tighten further and your pliers can grip that instead of the hex sides which are also on the 'cap' nuts.

Love these lights with LED bulbs. Great buy and no worry about discoloration of base like with gold/brass tone bases that look awful after a few years.

simple installation and very clean, attractive light fixture when paired with 2 - 100 watt equivalent bulbs, really lights up a room. Is being used in a laundry room.

I got it out of the box and it was slightly dented

Overall these are good lower-cost light fixtures. The threaded studs should be a little longer and have a way to secure them in the bracket. Otherwise the finish is a great neutral color and the glass is styled nicely and fits snug in the ring.

Hard to line the 2 holes up with the bolts.

Color was deceiving on box. It was very yellow - not what was expected. Ended up painting it.

Lights were packed well and easy to install. Look good and blend into ceiling well.

My only complaint is the glass cover can somehow screw on so tight that it needs to be broken to remove and replace the light bulbs
