Love the shutters, had to cut the shutters down to fit my window. What was horrible to deal with was the hardware that was provided. I ended up using completely different screws the quality of the screws in the handles were not very good.

Nice feeling material, easy to install. Only issues were in getting doors to hang straight took some time. Also the shutters do let some light through, wish they were blackout. Ordering process was easy, arrived within estimated time and the shutters were true to the dimensions listed.

These shudders are good for my guest bedroom. If I was putting these up in my main living area I would go with the custom ones though.

If you really can’t spring for the cost of custom interior shutters and you’re handy, these shutters are great. I love the look (I did 4 bedrooms!). Steer away from having to cut them without a really straight cross-cutting table saw... I had to custom mount mine by adding moulding in the end myself

Arrived damage free. Very good quality and wonderful finish. Had everything you need to install. I had to trim a little off but it cuts very clean. Great shutters.

The installation was easy . Plan to install another.

The shutters look nice but the formaldehyde smell was so strong it gave my son in law a headache and me an upset stomach while installing. Bought a HEPA air purifier to put in room to counter react the smell!!

The shutter seemed good quality, it didn’t fit my window.

I bought these before for another house, so I was familiar with the installation. The quality is fine for my purposes. I am fine with faux wood, being the thrifty person I am. The difference this time is that I was installing them on a bay window. I got one set for the middle window and another set to split between the two smaller side windows. Unfortunately, none of the windows was a perfect match in width for the sizes available to order. The middle window was smaller than the set of shutters and the side windows were wider. So.....I had my son-in-law use his table saw to cut the width of the hinge pieces that came with the set so that the shutters would fit the middle window. It is not even noticeable. Then he cut two pieces of scrap wood the correct width and length to add width for the side windows. I painted them white and unless you know there is an added piece (on the opposite side of the shutter from the hinge) you don't notice anything different.

For the price, I felt this shutter was very good quality, it was sturdy but yet light, was painted well, my only complaint is if you flush mount it, you see the screw heads... they should have included crews with a white head. But I do like it and it was a good purchase.

I love it look of shutters on bedroom windows. They brighten the room while providing privacy. I will be buying two more sets soon for my den when it is completed. The shutters are very easy to clean as well. Place them in the shower and spray the dust away.

Had to shim and add molding to get it to fit like custom. But with a little work it went well.
