Just what we wanted...easy to Install....plan on buying white ones for my dining room !

These shutters are easy to install. They come with spacer strips that pretty much eliminate the need to cut anything. Finish is good. The hardware (knobs, etc.) are not the best quality but are 'okay'.

The product looks excellant on my window. It was very easy to install.

At first glance the shutters are uniform, appear well made, but at closer inspection, there are gross visible imperfections in the wood grain finish, geometric stripes of different shades of stain color, marked differences between the two shutters. I would return them if they were in a prominent place in the room, but they are on a door in a dark hallway, so it's not worth the trouble.

They are fairly easy to install and look great in my kitchen window... much better than the blinds I was using! I decided not to use the knobs and latch that came with it and they still look great. They arrived super quick and in excellent condition. I am very glad I ordered them.

...one of my first times ordering 'online'....very well satisfied with quality of product, easy to install (took about 15 minutes) only suggestion would be to have a better guide on determining whether you want to install on the 'inside' or 'outside' for getting measurements to order the right size, it took me longer to do this, than to install the shutters!

Received the shutters quickly. Had to use a couple of the 1/8 inch extension strips which are pre-drilled and cut so the installation was very quick and easy. Once they were all hung with the handles and latches installed they looked great. I would buy these again.

Product met my expectaions based on what I needed and other customer reviews. Was not too difficult to install and looks nice considering it's "faux wood." You do have to be patient with the installation to make sure the two halves are lined up correctly to make sure the job doesn't look sloppy. Was delivered on time and in good condition.

The size ended up too wide for the window based on measurement instructions, but I was able to modify the item and make it work. The installed product looks very nice.

I have a colonial kitchen and the shutter looks perfect in the window, with just a valance above. I can open it to admit plenty of light and close it for complete privacy. The spacers help to provide an exact fit within the frame, and the color not only matches my woodwork, but looks like real wood. It was quick and easy to install, and the price was right. I highly recommend this shutter.

I had to re drill all the predrilled holes and the instructions were worthless. I would not buy this again

We have similar shutters on other windows, but they are "real" wood. But you can't tell the difference between those & the faux shutters we just added. They look great, work great & really add a nice touch to the windows.

These are an excellent value. I ordered 27 x 28 and they fit perfectly, I needed no fillers and the installation was remarkably easy! It took me about 20 minutes per window, all I needed was a drill. Great look and you wouldn't know they are faux wood. Now I want to do the rest of the house! If I had to state a negative comment it would be that you had to order them online or th rough the store as they don't stock them (only in white) in the store, and why did I wait so long to get them!

I love these shutters because they are very easy to clean and they open and close smoothly and quietly. I have had some of these shutters for years and I love them.

Needed something for privacy in our half-bath window which looked out onto our screen porch. This item is attractive and it was very easy to install.
