This project turned out really beautiful. It took a lot more soil than I expected. It is going to be fun to watch my garden grow and enjoy the fruits of our labor. you won't be disappointed.

Love it as edgers
We decided to use it as edgers, the wood is good quality. We look forward to seeing our tomato plant grow, and the edgers really make our small garden looks neat, not to mention how easy it was to apply it.

Needs help
To make this work as a "raised" garden I needed to use concrete blocks to get it off the ground. In order to keep moles and other pests out I used a metal grate. Using it as is I would be concerned about the depth of the roots for plants as well as my ability to control fertilization and feeding. The wood is also fragile and breaks easily.

GREAT PURCHASE
EASY TO ASSEMBLE BY MYSELF. A MALLET WAS HELPFUL AND GLOVES ARE RECOMMENDED TO AVOID SPLINTERS. IT TOOK A LOT MORE SOIL TO FILL THAN WAS EXPECTED.

Mixed it up. and it turned out gorgeous!
We shortened one bed by taking out he middle tier. This made a wider lower tier to fit in an "A-frame" cucumber trellis, and gave us 30 inch boards to put low herb beds in between, with trelisses for peas. We added stepping stones in the lower beds so I can walk in between and access the tomatos that are growing innthe top tiers. It makes our old vegetable garden along the fence an absoute centerpiece of the yard.

Love this garden bed!
I love this garden bed. It was super easy to build and very good quality. The hardest part was lugging all the soil it required but once it was done it looked great. Has a good amount of space for planting what I want to plant. I definitely recommend.

Love it!
Easy to put together. I made 3 boxes and my husband install the post toppers. Had to cut some of the end pieces but overall very easy. Looks nice but gave 4 stars since I'm not sure how long it will last thru seasons. Fencing from this company is expensive. Made my own with plastic chicken wire and posts. Needed over yard of topsoil to fill.

I really like the look but...
I paired this with some of the other Greenes fences kits. I have had this product for six months so far and the wood is starting to dry and become warped. It could be because of the dry, hot climate I live in. I do like the look and want to buy another. I will just seal the next one I buy.

Very poorly made product
I bought this product less than 3 months ago and already the boards are starting to warp. The wood is cheap and the pieces weren't die-cut properly, so the structure is not level on the third tier. If I hadn't put it together and planted my veggies in it, I would send it back. It's not even worth $20. I will never buy from this company again and will not buy another product of this nature online. If I saw it assembled, I would have known it was very poorly made.

Let your creativity grow wild!
I initially bought two raised bed kits last summer. They were very easy to assemble. They just slide together. I bought them as an experiment. I wanted to try food-scaping, and grow herbs and vegetables close to the house, but in an attractive way. It's a relatively small space, and my family and friends were amazed by the amount of produce I was able to grow! The real selling point to me was their ability to withstand 4 feet of snow last winter (unprotected) and still look great for another growing season. They are very durable. I was so happy with them, that I just purchased another! I'm also pleased that they are natural wood. They are perfect for Swiss chard, lettuce, beets, beans, peppers, etc... I highly recommend this product!

Great Purchase
The product was just what we expected. It was easy to put together and when I called customer service to tell them that one of the posts was split, they shipped me a new one in two days. We have it assembled, filled with dirt and planted with various kinds of herbs. Great Product!

Love this 3-Tiered Garden
Our garden is growing well. Love this item. It really helps to keep the rabbits away from our leaf lettuce. It shipped fast and was very easy to assemble. We lined the bottom with garden cloth before we poured in the compost/dirt. Great product!

Great for the backyard gardener
while this product is efficient, the manufacturer definitely needs to include a photo of the actual product instead of a rendering. the cedar finish is pretty ugly...but still very efficient.
also, the packaging states that 19 cubic feet of soil is needed to fill the bed. i used 21 cubic feet and my top bed was still not completely filled. I am hilling my tomatoes and will not fill the top until later this month.
all in all, it's a great buy, but you will need to paint or varnish it.

Easiest Assembly!
I bought one to set up for my 91 year old father and was so pleased I bought another one. They were so easy to set up I could hardly believe it. Used a screwdriver and rubber mallet. The hardest part was filling it with dirt. Makes me wish I had a strong teenager around! Might even expand more next year. Love this product!

Awesome!
Very easy to assemble. It is attractive(as you can see) and being of cedar, it discourages insects and lasts longer. I thought I needed two gardens, but realized one was enough. HomeDepot had it returned from my front door, and refunded my charges 4 days later.

Functional product
The product arrived quickly and in good condition. Assembly was fairly easy. Some of the pieces had to be hammered in because the cuts on the assembly joints are very rough. A couple of the boards split in the process but I was able to position them to decrease stress on the overall unit. The wood is very thin and flimsy and the quality was less than I expected. However I do believe the units are serviceable. I would have preferred all one height ie., all 10.5 inches versus the lower 7.5 inches. Once filled with soil and compost they seem to work as required. I am a retired beginning urban gardener so this is my first experience with raised beds. My goal was to have a serviceable garden that would also add beauty to the area. I used weed barrier under the beds, outlined with cinder blocks filled with soil for growing herbs and companion flowers and filled the flooring with mulch. The picture is the end result.

As beautiful as it is functional!
This 3-tiered planter is so nice, I am considering buying another. The directions were concise and easy to follow; all materials were in good shape, and went together as promised. I did put a clear water resistant finish on the outside, appearance of wood seemed nicer that way. My only complaint: now I need to decide what to plant come spring!

Love My New Cedar Garden Beds
Just transformed my whole backyard area from an unused section, (that I only visited when I went in to mow) to a garden filled with vegetables, fruits and berries. I used various sizes of the cedar kits from The Home Depot. Priced many other options and styles, and thought these were decent beds for the price. I had most of them shipped to my house, and they arrived quicker than expected. Assembly was super easy, and although like others have said, they didn't come with instructions, I really didn't need them. Only tool I used was a rubber mallet and a screwdriver. Yes, the wood could be a touch warped here and there, and isn't thick, heavy wood, but it is fine. I added peat, perlite and vermiculite to my soil mix to lighten it up, so am not worried about the soil pushing out the boards. I didn't want to spend long weeks doing all the carpentry to build garden beds, so for me, this was a perfect option. I am hoping to get 10 years or so of use from these, even with our rough Ohio winters.
The photos I've added show not only the 4'x4' bed, but some of the other styles offered as well. One more side note, only one piece in all my kits was missing, a side corner. I called the manufacturer, and they had it out to me right away. They were incredibly nice on the phone and really helpful. I would definitely buy more of these as needed as I am truly satisfied with my purchase.

Easy assembly, very functional
30 minutes from box to ready for dirt. This bed held 14 40-lb bags of topsoil, garden soil, mushroom compost mix. Veggies are loving it! May buy another next year if this holds up well.

Raised Garden
This raised garden was quick and easy to assemble. I like that the back portion is higher than the front, it keeps my plants in front from blocking light for the tomatoes. The quality is average for the price, but what I expected. I'm very happy with it.
