The swingset came faster than the estimated time, so that was a nice surprise. Once we got all of the hardware organized building it was pretty easy, because the instructions were great. Took 2 adults probably about 12 hours total to put together over a weekend. The kids love it and the neighbors have complimented us on it.

Power tools are an absolute must in order to make short work of this project. If you don’t have a power drill, invest in one. It made a world of difference. My only complaint is that the not all of the wood pieces were labeled with the right inventory label, so we had to stop and measure to make sure we were using the right pieces, but that wasn’t a big deal. It would have also been nice if all of the different screw sizes and types were divided into separately labeled bags. Some were in bags and others were not, so we had to stop and measure at times when we needed a different length. Overall I’m impressed with how quickly we got the project done.

I felt she needed a place to play without us having to sanitize, due to present conditions. We are very happy with our purchase. My Granddaughter spends hours out there playing & getting us all out in the back to play with her.

This took several days to put together. It came in three boxes and there was not an inventory sheet for each box. The wood was so soft it split when putting in the grips for the wall and the screws sank so easily. After two months, of PNW weather, the wood is already showing substantial mold on the wood... On one of the most important parts of the playset! Proving that this playset will not last long with the weather here. We paid almost $1500 for this..I didn't know I would have to spend $100 or more on some sort of protection for the wood. I thought maybe after one season we would treat the wood... Not have signs of damage after TWO MONTHS. SUPER DISSATISFIED. Otherwise they love the set, I'm just disappointed it won't last long.

I bought this set 8/27/2020, and the child likes it very much, but very dangerous things happen when 3 children play together. The swing near the slide is very unsafe. My child is very dangerous to grab with his hands when playing with others. I hope that the manufacturer will reinforce it in a place that is easy for the child to catch before delivery, thank you.

I researched play sets for weeks and finally decided on this Gorilla set. We were looking for a strong, long lasting play set for our grandsons that they could grow into. When I ordered it I was told it would take 6-7 weeks to receive and was delighted when it was delivered a month early. My husband and I started Saturday morning at 10:00 am and finished by 6:00 pm. We were so happy with the quality of wood and the attachments. Everything was high quality and we only made a small split in one of the planks on the rock wall as we screwed in the support panel. It will be easy enough to swap out if we ever need to. When we finished we both swang on it and it is extremely sturdy. Each element was designed with safety features for children of all ages. We highly recommend this play set for your back yard.

We purchased a Gorilla Playset in June, 2019, for our granddaughters. We specifically chose Gorilla due to favorable reviews and Gorilla’s posted 10 year warranty. Imagine our surprise when just over a year later, most if not all of the wooden beams showed signs of splitting. We have emailed for weeks and Gorilla does not even answer. Extremely disappointed in this product. I don’t even feel that the structure is safe for my granddaughters as is.

My husband and father in law put it together in two afternoons. They said the instructions were easy to read and they had no issues putting it together. One piece of wood was warped but we made it work. I am so happy with this and my boys absolutely love it.

Pretty good deal, went together fairly easy for being by myself. Seems pretty darn sturdy and the kids love it. Only reason it’s a 4 star is because I’m missing a hook for one of the swings.

Shipping was very delayed and some small parts were missing due to damaged packaging, but overall we love this swing set. My husband was able to build it by himself by putting in a few hours each day over a couple days. He also was able to replace the missing parts easily with a trip to Home Depot. We have kids age 2-7 and they all love it! The swings are a little close together which worries me, but we haven’t had any problems yet.

Great Product. Super easy to follow instructions. Most things are already predrilled so it helps with assembly. I was very impressed with the amount of hardware that goes into this and have joked that it's built better than our house! Had a bit of a delay in receiving it due to COVID but that was understandable. All materials are great quality and the smell of cedar is great too! Looks great in the back yard. I would definitely recommend this set or any other by Gorilla.

It is windy where we live and a canopy roof wouldn’t last. Thought the price was decent for all the activities you get. We decided to install ourselves. Directions were pretty easy to follow. Everything was labeled clearly. I did majority of it by myself. Only a few parts you might need some help. Make sure to have a drill, socket adaptor for drill or socket wrench. Took me about 3 days to complete but that’s working on and off throughout the day. If you work none stop you can probably finish in one day with help or two days by yourself. We were worried about the size of the swing set. This was perfect size for our yard. We don’t have a huge yard so this swing set works perfectly. My 2 1/2 year old is loving the swing set and can pretty much do all the activities herself.

Swing set looks beautiful. It arrived a day early. All the parts were there and after you organize them it was easy to put together. The wood is top quality. I wish I would have ordered the tic tac toe accessory when I ordered the swing set but that is something I can get later. It was modified by one toddler swing and one baby swing but will add additional swing and hanging bar when kids are older. My grand kids love it.

For safety sake, assembly went slow and precise and only took 2 days. Taking inventory of all the parts and organizing your work area will help avoid any frustration. My little one was ecstatic and it made me look like a hero, there's not much else you can ask for!
