The Navigator is very nice and my two boys are thrilled to have it.

Perfect for high energy kids!
Our kids (5 and 6) love this play set. They spend hours out there on a daily basis. They love the clubhouse on top. They use every part of it. It took my husband three full days to put it together...which isn't too bad considering the size. This is the perfect addition to our backyard and I would highly recommend to anyone with young kids/grandkids. It's awesome.

Great diy kit
It was intimidating at first, but after de-coding the markings on the pieces and organizing everything, it went together nicely. My 4 and 5 year olds are enjoying the playset greatly.

Not worth $1700
Shipping took forever, not sure why. The shipping boxes arent able to hold up to the weight they put in them, the wood quality is questionable, with some damaged pieces of lumber. The way they packed the hardware makes little sense. Why not box it all together and supply a proper inventory sheet, instead of posting it in the instructions? Also, the instructions are an absolute joke. Having to go back and re-work several steps because of incorrect guidence wastes time and causes more stress than needed. Really not sure this is worth the cost.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT
Alot of times a KIT is shabby or cheaply made, My husband and I agree this product is well made and very sturdy and safe. We were very pleased with workmanship. We might have been able to do from inventory to completion in 2 fullllll days but had a little assistance from grandkids. So actually 3 days but instructions were clear once you understood their system. Gorilla seems to take their product seriously and have child safety and durability first and foremost. Everything fit exactly as described. Must use sizes of screws etc exactly as they instruct. Highly recommend.

Excellent Product
Didnt know what to expect, was very pleased with workmanship, detail instructions, and safety of this product. Very well made, sturdy, Not the cheap version you see at wholesale clubs. My husband and I did in 3 days start to finish, only needed help to walk swing beam out, and that was with grandkids trying to help. MUst use screw sizes exactly as instructed. I would recommend using a sharpie and mark each screw size on bag because you use them back and forth from start to finish. We kept having to measure before we chose one. Take instructions slow and everything fits exactly as directed. I did call about black plastic screw plugs because no indication what to use them for. THey are for plugging unused holes in beams if unused to keep out moisture.

Best play gym we have had
Instructions were very easy to follow. It does take 2 people to put the main structure together. It is super heavy-duty and has lots of play options for nine grandchildren ages 1-8. I put together the ladder, climbing wall, swing brackets and monkey bar sections before we started building the main part, which sped up the process.

very nice but minor issues
took 7 hours to put together but the problem mainly was the "t-nut". When hammered into place, they sometimes would not hold in the wood when attempting to thread the bolt (came pre-cross threaded). purchased stainless bolts, washers and nuts to properly attach.

Very High Quality Playscape
This is my 2nd Gorilla Playscape. Overall the quality of the product is very good. The only drawback is that the directions do not utilize the part numbers which are on each piece. Seems like the part numbers are only used for inventory. If the part number was cross-referenced on the directions, it would make construction much easier.

great product, very happy
we got our gorilla playset on time without any broken or missing pieces. it looks great my husband put it up all by himself took about day and a half and our daughter loves it! the one thing i would change on it would be that the monkey bars went across into an open clubhouse area, they don't and the other thing was i thought it was a little bigger than in real life but its big enough for our 6 year old and she can grow into it. we are all very happy with our purchase!!

Good playset
I put this together myself and thought the directions were very clear and straight forward. My daughter loves it. The only complaints I have are the wood is pretty soft and all the screws take a square driver that's provided, but there was only one and by the end it was getting pretty worn and was slipping quite a lot at the end. Also the roof pieces were pretty warped and difficult to fit together. Overall a good set.

Great quality
We love our gorilla navigator swingset. The gorilla company uses good quality lumber and hardware. We were not missing any parts when it came time for assembly. Installation is pretty painless as long as you're organized. All around great product

Did not meet expectations.
Everything looked good at first glance. I was missing a few pieces, which were promptly shipped. I labeled each piece as instructed to make assembly quicker. I used painters tape to do this. The tape actually pulled the stain off on most boards. I discusse this with a manager at Gorilla and he admitted that the boxed playset a sold at Home Depot and other stores are made in China of different wood and a much cheaper stain and application process is used. His solution was to restrain the playset. I thought that was absurd for a brand new product. The price was within $100 of the price directly from the manufacturer, so I assumed it would be the same quality materials. I was wrong.

Great Product
This playset was constructed of excellent materials and hardware. Instruction manual was very detailed.
The complete kit took 3 men - 21/2 days to put together. this included leveling the grade, and digging out the lawn in the sand box area.
