Great addition to our Malibu treasure trove unit looks is great!

While the handles themselves were a perfect replacement for the original ones, it made a significant difference that the screws changed. The new ones that came with the replacement handles were slimmer and longer than the originals (can't use them). Had I been perfect, and not lost 2 of the original screws, it would have been fine I suppose. But, I'm not, so the same screws would have made it a lot easier to replace these handles. I'm hoping this pair will last longer than the original pair, just about every other piece has.

Toddler loves the playground, however, squirrels and birds successfully bit and scratched off chunks of the wood finish and parts are splintering. Playground is 6 months old! Spoke to customer service who said “just aesthetics” every though previous customer service rep agreed to send me new parts. But different product!

I am extremely happy with the look and quality of this playset. I did a lot of research and I am glad I decided to pay a little more money for a better product. The only complaint I have is the wood is very soft and a few lag screws broke.

A lot of boards were cracked and the hardware could have been organized better.

Playset is OK. Directions have errors. Boards are already moldy. Some holes weren't completely predrilled. Assembly took well over 8 hrs with 2 people. If Gorilla is the best then buy a metal playset.

DIRECTIONS COULD BE WRITTEN TO MATCH THE LABELS ON THE INDIVIDUAL PARTS WOULD BE HELPFUL. I SUGGEST AT LEAST 2 PEOPLE TO DO THE WORK AND 1 "FOREMAN" OR IN THIS CASE FOREWOMAN TO TRIPLE CHECK DIRECTIONS, GRAB SUPPLIES, AND RELAY INFO. IT TOOK ABOUT 18 HOURS INCLUDING 2 HOURS FOR INVENTORY.

Received the unit with some damage. Home Depot customer service was excellent and put me in touch with the manufacturer. The unit directions leave a lot to be desired as you need to cross reference the part description to the the parts listing takes a lot of back and forth.

My granddaughter loves it...we had a professional install it, took 2 full days. I would give excellent except needed more nails in roof- we live in high wind so will add this...monkey bar steps are a little crooked based on predrilled holes... but it is sturdy and looks great!

This playset is wonderful however I wish the finish was better. Also the monkey bars lead to no where.

It is a decent playground. Kids are enjoying it. It did take my wife and I 10 hrs to put together. am lucky I had all the different tools it needed to be put together with. A couple of the boards came with cracks in them which is not what I would expect. There were missing screws for the pic nick table so we had to improvise on those. Instructions were ok to follow. Shipment was a joke. We got a call on a tuesday from the company that was to deliver it for Wednesday. While on the phone the guy told me that they are short a person to help unload so they will not be able to deliver it for another week or so. I had to take the next day off to be here to help the one guy unload the playground just to get it on time. After everything, it's a good cheap playground. Would recommend it for someone on a budget.

Excellent purchase!! The children love being able to do so many things, and the cute "hang out" table is great for the older children or those needing to take a break. Best investment yet for our 8, 5, and 3 year olds and their friends!

Slate Room is a pain to install. Half the slates wouldn't slide into the previous slate. You should consider alternate methods of construction or do away with a wooden roof option all together.
