Great addition to my waterfront home. Fast delivery, easy to assemble, easy to install. Price was very competitive with other sellers.

I simply love this "Good Directions brand." Blue Heron Cottage/Garden Size Weathervane. It is made of pure copper and made to last. It is very appealing and a great addition to anyones rooftop, gazebo capola, or as I have done placed the item on a pole in the yard. I am very happy and proud to display this quality piece in my yard. The item comes as a kit with roof mounting hardware included. Very simple to assemble and if you need additional help they have a help video on the web. This particular Weathervane is one of their smaller pieces and perfect to mount on a smaller backyard shed and such. I actually also have 2 of their larger weathervanes I like them that much. An Eagle and the Mermaid. They are weathering and growing more beautiful as time goes by as the copper of course looses its shine and ages wonderfully.

The needed clamp was not included with the product and the one they finally sent does not fit the rod.

Looks great. The bird does not turn easily in the wind though.

Hank Heron was purchased as a beach housewarming gift for my son and his family in Virginia. They all were very impressed with detailed features and patina. Very well made and will be something they will enjoy for quite some time.

The Heron weather vane I purchased was perfect, It was a birthday gift to my wife and something I have wanted to buy her for years. The Heron arrived on time, beautiful condition and everything I bought extra to mount it. Great addition to the house and have had many very positive reviews from everyone we have told about our purchase. We both love the Home Depot, many thanks.

This Weather Vane is perfect display. Shows wind directions accurately. Accidently left up during 2 hurricanes. First one was blown off post but not damaged. Very sturdy.

Not bad for a short term solution, but this is not a unit that you will get a lifetime out of. The old saying “you get what you pay for” is still true. I’m expecting to get a summer or two out of it before the weather gets too it. To get one that will last forever you’ll spend a significant amount of money more, but as a temporary solution for a couple years, is fine. However, it is small so it’s good for a she’s but a Cupolla on the top of a large home will look under sized.

Extremely well made and very easy to install. One of the few things I have ever purchased that I feel completely enamored by, as every time I stare at it I feel like I am at a beach and totally relaxed.

It looks very nice out in our back yard!

Never moves in the wind

I hope someone from the company reads this. I have received two of these weathervanes and love the Heron figure but each time I have received one a wing has had bad welds that have broken and look like there were cracks that would continue to break. Putting this up on a barn and don't want it to break in a few years. I hope this can be fixed as I like the figure and hope the next one comes without the broken weld on the wing. I will update it as soon as I get one without a broken weld! Please contact me if you can as I would like to have this on my new barn!

Nice looking and easy to put up.

Just what I wanted and just the right size. It was surprising how well it was made and how good it looked when it came.

Exactly as pictured and easy to assemble. I bought a garden stake and put it in my garden. What a beautiful addition.
