This paste was PERFECT for the expensive pattern I acquired from Britain. Uniform consistency, excellent drying and setting parameters. Clean up is not that difficult, and it yields EXCELLENT results.

I bought this for a "paste the wall" type wallpaper. I used a roller with 1/4" nap roller cover made for applying adhesive/epoxy, and it worked fine. The product goes on clear, so it was a little hard to see where I had just rolled. I only rolled on enough paste to do one strip at a time and in one case I had enough time to take down a strip of wallpaper that was a bit crooked and reposition it. The odor isn't too bad except it takes a day or more to dissipate and I got tired of smelling it: I did this on a hot day with the air conditioning on. Cleanup of tools was easy with the water hose in the back yard. My best suggestion would be not to be stingy with the product. The container says one gallon covers 180 square feet, and I think I used less than half a gallon for about 95 square feet. After everything was dry I noticed about 30" along one edge that wasn't stuck to the wall even though I'd used a seam roller, and I had to go back with a little extra paste. This method is definitely less messy than prepasted wallpaper.

This paste dries very quickly and is hard to apply in the right thickness. The wallpaper i bought said you only need to paste the wall but the paste would dry by the time I climbed down the ladder and grabbed the wallpaper. Then the edges would dry to fast to seal the edges. So I ended up pasteing the wall and the paper and still had to repaste the wall in 1 ft sections to keep it wet enough and if you try to apply it thicker you will have bubbles and folds everywhere. Keep in mind it was my 1st time using this product but it was very hard to use.

Worked just lovely but dries so fast. Before I could get the whole peace on the wall good, I lost the stickiness and had to reapply. In the finish I had to cut an area and reapply to release a dry air pocket. I like the product’s smooth easy no lump glide.

Works exactly as it should have, and no odor was a pleasant bonus.

More expensive but worth it. If you have unpasted wallpaper, this is the stuff! The results were phenomenal, and it went on very easy and smooth. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish, pay the extra money and buy the proper paste.

So far, so good...works as expected.

Gloppy, lumpy, and not at all what I’m used to. We were on a deadline and so made the best of it. Never again.

It did the job. Wallpaper still pasted to the wall after a month.
