Blown away by it's beauty....so "PLEASED"!! Perfect little tree in everyway. Hubby said when I first took it out of the very well packed box...he said but Pam it's "CROOKED"....LOL I will buy his sister too...Thank You for sending me your best!!

My Golden Gate Ficus arrived much larger then I expected. I purchased 2 bonsai from Home Depot, 2nd dwarf mugo pine . Both bonsai arrived in excellent condition, and the soil ,still quite moist . The mugo came with moss growing on it. I was very happy

my tree came within 3 days larger and fuller that I expected. Worth well more than I paid. Thanks Home Depot

Tree came exactly as described, in sturdy packaging with helpful instructions. Two weeks later, it's still thriving! Thank you so much for the high quality plant. I'm infamous for killing houseplants so am very happy my lil dude is doing well. Five stars all the way!

It's a fantastic looking little tree, and I'm very happy with it, but there are a couple of points I thought were lacking: 1) The tray for beneath the pot is plastic, and I would prefer a ceramic or even a metal one. 2) The packet of gravel that comes to put in the tray is not enough for good coverage, you can still easily see parts of the plastic tray underneath, which dampens the aesthetic. (pun intended) Overall I would definitely say the Brussels Bonsai brand trees are a good deal even if there are a few cost cutting points I don't care for.

My Golden Gate ficus arrived sooner than I expected in great shape. I've had it for nearly a month now. I live in Ohio and keep it indoors. It came well-packaged in a beautiful ceramic pot with a humidity tray and rocks. The trunk is thick with a beautiful curve. Not only would I recommend buying this tree from Home Depot, I will surely be buying another from this retailer soon. I was very impressed with the product and the delivery.

I don't know if it's my water or what but this thing was so nice for several months then little by little the leaves started falling off until it was stone cold DEAD! I paid $53.00 for this beauty and now it's so ugly. Sad. And here it is.

Ordered two, and they arrived in one well package box and quicker than expected (two days). However, I can say unequivocally that these are disappointing and look nothing like the pictured tree. Both trees were puny at best. From the pot (not as pictured) to the trunk (very skinny) to the foliage (sparse), all of it was a miss. Plus, the metal barb on one tree is exposed from the soil with no way reasonable way to hide it. I believe that I may have been sent the $33 version. Not sure, but I would be sending both back if it were feasible to repackage (it's not). Looks like an unfortunate lesson learned on my part...

The plant was send to me in a very poor condition all chopped and almost dead. Very bad quality, I had to returned, because after paying at least I was expecting a better condition of the plant. I’ll not recommend to buy plants online in this side.

I couldn't be more pleased. My tree arrived, it wasn't traumatized at all. None of the leaves dropped off as the instructions said they might. IT IS AWESOME!

Plant not as ful as photos but is healthy and came quickly.

I BOUGHT THIS TREE AS A HOUSE WARMING GIFT FOR MY SON AND HIS WIFE. WITHIN A WEEK THE PLANT WAS GONE. HE HAS OTHER BONZAI TREES THAT ARE FINE BUT FOR SOME REASON, THIS ONE JUST FADED AWAY-EACH DAY LOOKING WORSE AND WORSE. HE TOOK CARE OF IT, PROPER WATER, LIGHT, ETC. BUT TO NO AVAIL.
