I would like to give zero if possible negative but does not have the option. I really would like to get my full refund. Terrible product. It died few days after arrival with no signs of hope for it to revive back. Wrong representation and advertisement for this product.

The bonsai arrived in perfect health, packed well and was exactly as described. Great bonsai for the price. Would definitely order again.

To be clear, the sole reason I'm giving this product more than one star is because 1). Zero stars is not an option; and 2). The tree was not dead on arrival. It did, however, confirm what I suspected about purchasing bonsai from a large corporate retailer in the first place: This is not the art of bonsai. Rather, it is the brazen exploitation of a niche market with absolutely no regard for the ideals on which the art was founded. If you care at all about the aesthetics of your bonsai, as you unequivocally should do, do not buy from this retailer.

The top 3/4 of the tree was covered with dead leaves, there were only a few green branches and leaves on the very lower part of the tree. The only reason I did not return the tree immediately to Home Depot is that it was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She wants to see if the tree rebounds, but will probably end of returning to Home Depot in a few weeks. The curvy trunk of the tree is pretty much as pictured, which is what drew me to purchase this particular type of bonsai.

I love this tree! It's a little smaller than I thought it would be but it is acceptable. It's very healthy and looks great. Product info said it may lose up to 20% of it's leaves after arrival but it lost less than 2%. I highly recommend.

Both plants vases were broken Why did they place both plants in the same box to ship? I was very disappointed

Came just like the picture showed. I've had it for about a mouth now and it is full of life and growing very well. I intend to pick up 2 more different breads of bonsai and definitely intend to buy at Home Depot again. When received it came very protected just be prepared for lots of packing peanuts. Also I received well before the time it said it would come. I was very happy with this purchase and can't wait to embark on this hobby.

The plant arrived within two days. It was packed so well and arrived in excellent condition. Not a leaf fell off. I was really pleased that the plant was exactly as shown. This plant looks like a small tree with a healthy trunk. Good buy !

This item was received in excellent condition. Much care was taken in the packaging of this live Bonsai. Two weeks after receiving my plant I purchased another of a different variety. Once again I have to give Home Depot and Brussels Bonsai a A+.

I just received my ficus tree and it didn’t look anything like the picture. It had very few branches and not many leaves not what I expected.

Ficus arrived as expected and it sits well on the table by the window. Short instructions were provided and I will have to search the Internet for some good trimming hints.

Very speedy shipping and well packed as I was worried about how it would be packed. Product seems to be in a good healthy state--could have had more information with it as it didn't come with much at all. Over all very nice product and a very affordable price.
