I thought the W in the cord rating was for...
I thought the W in the cord rating was for cold weather and would stay flexible. This cord is not flexible in the cold (approx 20 degrees F) and is stiff as a board. I would not buy it again.

High quality black cord, which I used as overhead, suspended wiring to power garage light fromcorner of the house. The SJTW class of jacket will withstand the sun for many years. It would also make a great extension cord, but I used mine as permanent wiring. I was able to makeanother 25' cord out of the female end that I did not use!
