As aforementioned, this ring slides onto the wall bracket making it vulnerable to coming off the bracket if you pull the towel off without holding the towel ring when doing so. Unfortunately, I have outfitted my bath with matching towel rack and I am force to purchase another one since the one I had fell off the wall and shattered.

the ring only slides onto the mounting bracket and doesn't attach in any other way, meaning it easily slips up and off as easily as it slid on. returning it.
