My sprayer's base broke fairly quickly. Good luck getting parts. Must be a subsidiary of BIC.....disposable.

I purchased this beautiful, heavy, very functional Bridge Faucet Set and it is gorgeous! But, I returned it, as the color was a little to dark for my kitchen color scheme. I then ordered the same set, in the Brushed Nickel and it is equally as beautiful, goes better with my décor, is also very heavy and I just love this faucet style!! I do not have them installed yet, as my kitchen remodel won't be finished until the end of October. But, I did have this set in polished brass at my previous home and when I sold the house, the set still looked brand new and the purchaser's loved it!!

I love the look of bridge faucets but all of the ones I had found were very expensive. I couldn't believe I found this one! It is worth it. It has been installed for about a month now with no problems. The side sprayer is heavy and of good quality. The faucet does move right and left, which I like, but at the same time makes it feel less stable. However, no leaks. Overall, I'm glad I have this faucet.

Loved this style faucet and the brands I usually only buy such as moen, kohler, or delta sold this for over $600. So I took the chance and bought this one because of the price. After only 4 months of using it the sprayer started to get stuck and would not turn off and then it finally fell a part in my hand. I always say to use name brands ONLY for this reason. One of my other houses I used a pisher faucet and the whole thing just stopped working after only 2 years. I will continue to only use Moen, Kohler or Delta. These cheap brands are not worth it! Let's see how long the faucet will last.

Works great. Easy to install. Good Quality. Great finish. Couldn't be happier. Quality equal to much more expensive faucets. Heavy sprayer stays in the position you put it. Some cheaper, lighter faucet sprayers have a mind of their own. I like everything about it.

Have had this faucet 4 years. Most of the time when I turn the faucet I only get a trickle of water. Have to turn off and on several times to get a flow. Home Depot says they have a lifetime warranty. Good luck trying to get them to honor it. No luck with the manufacturer either. I am extremely disappointed.

As we have had this faucet installed for about a month, I will review it as such. The install was easy and straight forward (I am a contractor, but it would apply for anyone). The faucet came well packaged. The chrome finish is impeccable. Initially, both handles and the spout were loose. After installation I tightened all 3 (metric allen wrenches). No leaks from either the handles or the spout, or the connections under the sink. I gave it only 4 stars as it has only been a little while since the install. So far so good. I would recommend it to my customers.
