It is beautiful love it.

Beautiful tub filler! My only complaint is that when you use the hand held and attach it back, theres akways water that drips down. We had to olace a towel at the base to catch the drips (we have hardwoods so have to be careful). Other than that it is great!

Quality, look, feel, styling are all 5 stars. I did not find instalation instructions, and no help with how to hook up to half in PEX B. I ended up buying a 7/8s fitting, grinding the corners so it would fit in the upright tubes, buying 3/4 PEX B pipe, buying 3/4 to 1/2 PEX B reducers, and installing into the uprights, and putting them lines through the floor to the pier and beam crawl space. The learning curve was time consuming and I am a solid tradesman. Thus the 4 out of 5 stars. Hope you benefitted from my experience. I would buy the faucet again, and generally do like Gacier Bay products.

Got this installed in our master bathroom. We started cleaning the house before we moved in. Next thing you see I have a leak in the basement under where the faucet is installed. The hot and cold water lines don’t work in this faucet. The washer in it was causing it to back up and all that water came down in the basement. Our ceiling, walls and carpet completely ruined.

Love my faucets. If I had a complaint it would be that the hot faucet gets so hot but that would be easily remedied by the faucet being placed in a different position against my tub if that were possible. Good flow/pressure, quiet, Self shut off on the shower head is a nice touch.

Could use a little better instructions, but well made and great water flow!

I like the glacier bay but my husband wanted something more expensive. I would have kept it but he bought another freestanding faucet from Home Depot..

The Faucet and the finish are great the problem is the Water lines supplied are cheap low quality Chinese crap and are an odd size so you cant go to a local plumbing supply and get replacements you will have to have them custom made. Overall poor design especially for the money.

Our plumber just installed the Faucet. We have to get another hose. We currently do not have cold working at this time. Because of this issue I gave the rating Average.
