This worked great to extend the reach of the showerhead. We have a higher than normal head in our shower so having the extension is really nice to be able to get everywhere in the shower.

Product worked as expected. However, after 8 months, the metal sheathing detatched from the end of the hose (exposing a plastic hose). Then, at 12 months, the hose completely detached from the nut at the end of the hose making it unusable.

Lasted 2 weeks and jacket unraveled.

Great size. Used as an extension for a shower hose.

Not happy. I purchased the chrome finish model approximately two weeks ago. The chrome sheath / cover has broken free from the fitting and slid roughly two feet down the - now exposed - plastic hose. There has been virtually no strain or twisting applied to the hose during the two weeks of use. Time to find a different brand.

The joint at the hand-held end disintegrated after 3 months of use; both the inner plastic tubing and the outer chrome tube. Very disappointed.

I like the look of the metal hose, but this one keeps breaking during a shower and sprays water all over the bathroom. Leaves me with soap and shampoo all over me, having to somehow rinse myself off using the spigot. This one only lasted a month. For $30, I expect better quality control. Plastic hose from now on, for me. I’ve had those last years. Not happy with this hose! :(

This Stainless Steel hose broke within a month. I figured it broke because either it was just getting old or I was twisting it too much while showering. So I bought the same one and made sure taking showers I didn't twist it around. It still broke with being mindful of this. The metal coil is very thin. While it is flexible and kind of twisting in the hose axial direction will tear that flexible part right where they secure it to the shower head fitting. I've had bought like 6 or 7 of these hoses in the past three years because its the only one available when the old one bursts. It got to the point that I purchased it in pairs so that I had a spare. Luckily I've been doing online ordering so now I can see how many I've wasted my money on. Do not buy, some break in days, weeks or if you are lucky in a few months. The last two I bought on Oct. 31, 2021 and the second broke on April 21, 2022. I finally caved and waited in the mail for a Kohler one.

The second one in a row where the inner plastic tubing develops a hole, close to where it connects to the shower head. Previous one also lasted only a few weeks too and had a very similar problem.

See my previous review from 12/5/21. In response, the company sent me a replacement within a few days, for which I commend them. However, the hose blew up within 10 days of using it. This is a very inferior product, stay away from it.

This did not last a few months. The plastic inside the hose snapped and I had to replace it. Unfortunately, I don’t have a receipt to return it.

Love the stainless steel color and the length is just right for the wife. A happy wife is a good wife.

Do not recommend this product. The inner plastic tubing is cheap and suddenly burst from within spraying hot water and PIECES OF METAL on my son. From other reviews this is not a fluke and has happened to many other people. Product should be recalled for safety reasons. Inner thin plastic is not suited to withstand hot temperatures. Product is less than 1 yr old. Will be buying a replacement hose from a different manufacturer. BUYER BEWARE!

With my large shower remodel, I needed a long hose to reach comfortably to the bench seat and also to wash my dogs in the shower. This hose is high quality and does the job. I still cant figure out why none of the major plumbing brands will carry a long hose ( those 60 inch ones are useless) but this one attached easily to my Kohler ell and handheld. Its a quality product.

Quality product that helps us use the shower as a place to bath the dogs in the winter. It’s great having an extra 12-24 inches to get underneath them. The finish, oiled bronze, is also a good match with the Moen one.

Unfortunately this is the only replacement hose available to me in the finish (brushed nickle) I need. I bought it June 13 and on July 14 it busted open in the morning. The metal hose is nice but it came apart close to the handheld attachment exposing the thin inside tube which promptly burst with the jagged metal edges. See picture. Luckily I bought this online since the pandemic and therefore I have no lost receipts. So I can follow the warranty claim. If it last a couple of years I would've been happy with it, but a month? I ended up having to buy the same one because I needed it. We will see how long that lasts.

Great spray pattern choices, great flow, very flexible hose, light weight and easy to use.

Need to replace 20 year old shower diverter and hose, replacing / instillation was easy. This was my first time replacing any type of plumbing fixture. Works very nice! Got new shower head from city to help save water. We like our new system.

This replacement shower wand hose was compatible with my original installation and was less than half the cost of the Kohler replacement. It actually measures 86", as compared to the 72" Kohler brand replacement! All treads and fittings were compatible, with only a very "slight" difference in the polish of the chrome - virtually unnoticeable. The longer length also provides greater reach in larger walk-in showers. Great product!!

Good replacement for a leaking hose, although a bit long, it solved my problem

The GLACIER BAY 86 in. Stainless Steel Replacement Shower Hose Replacement is very functional and aesthetically pleasing. The length is perfect, bringing total flexibility, permitting the tub/shower enclosure to be used, then rinsed down after usage and/or cleaning. It doesn't pull on the shower leaver as the previous one would do, causing a drastic change in the water temp. I have been using this hose replacement approx. 2 weeks. I am happy with this purchase.

The hose worked just like the original the two minor issues was that it is longer than the original which in some cases could be a plus, in mine, it was a slight negative,. The other is that the connection to the handheld showerhead was a little loose in the holder . Although I know they can’t make a universal to fit everything just like the factory but overall it’s a good product

More flexibje and better quality than original

Needed to wash dog. Allows hand held shower head to be on tub floor without spraying water outside, even when not being held. Very flexible so hangs nearly straight down and out of the way for showering. Easy to install and with two washer seals no leaks. Satisfied with this long shower hose.

Needed a longer reach on the inexpensive shower head to make washing the dog easier. This makes it easy to rinse off soap since it reaches all the way to the shower floor.

The hose fit tightly onto the fittings and has been working great with the water pressure at a nice level.

The 86" stainless steel replacement shower hose is just the ticket. My old hose was leaking big time, needed a replacement. Only had for a month but am very pleased, particularly like the longer length of the hose.
