Purchased 2/7/15. Unit arrive - door was bent. We did not want the hassle of returning, so my husband straightened the door. After 4 months - The unit ran continuously (which did not seem right) and is loud. It appears the cooling motor finally burned itself out on 6/6/15. So, for $ 359 and only 4 months of use before it broke - I would not recommend. We now get to the start the fun process of calling the company to invoke the warranty.

I bought this system a little over a year ago. Literally one month after the one year warranty expired it stopped cooling water at all. The coils began to freeze up. This is awfully disappointing for a system the costs so much money. I had a Primo cooler before that lasted through two cross country moves before not working. This one never moved and only lasted a little more than a year.

This is a product that is fairly new on the market. We received the water dispenser and the door would not close properly. And the unit seemed to be twisted or tweaked a little where it would not sit flat on the floor. We contacted the manufacture as advised and they are sending us another brand new unit. We are hoping that the second unit has no issues. I think if they were made with a little heavier construction we would of not had the issues. As for keeping the water hot/cold it is great, and it is so nice to not have to flip the bottle on to the top of the stand. We are looking forward to the new unit arriving and trying again. I will to update the review once we get the new one in place.

Very hot water. Perfect for tea. Looks great. Perfect color. Would have given 5 Starts, but I do have to say that 1/8 of the bottle gets left behind as the pump will not work. Solution is change bottle use is a little and pour remaining water of old bottle into new after a few days.

I thought self-cleaning meant that it cleans itself, but not for this product. You are directed to clean it before use and then at regular intervals after. It produces very cold water every time, which is what we purchased it for. It is NOISY, however! It often goes into the self-cleaning cycle (then why do we have to clean it?). In addition, when the bottle is very low, the noise starts and doesn't stop until you replace the bottle.

Noise: Most of the time it is silent. After you pour some water, the pump rumbles a bit and then you can hear the heater or cooler running for a short interval. Neither noise is bothersome compared to normal kitchen noises (dishwasher, icemaker, etc.). Condition: No dents or other damage. Water temp: Hot water is about 190, cold water is about 45. Water quality: Excellent. No off tastes at all. Design: Also excellent. Once it is set up, everything works easily and well. Changing bottles is quick and simple. Setup: The cleaning process when you first get it will take about 30-60 minutes depending on how thorough you are. (You are supposed to rinse out the whole system with water+bleach, then pure water to get out the bleach.) The manual is terrible. The instructions are written in broken English, difficult to understand, and not consistent between different parts of the manual. Example: "Dis-assembly probe assembly wash probe parts by hand in soapy water or in the dishwater; Romove filter and wash in soapy water." It is supposed to be self-cleaning but the instructions say to clean it every three months. It looks like parts of the manual are for a different, filtering product. The exceptionally poor manual is inexcusable and is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The manual is on the Home Depot product page so you can take a look before you buy.

Cooler look is very elegant and it's working good but when we receive it looks like displayed item and it has dent on the door or it happened during the delivery .So make sure you get the new one not the floor sample.

Good looking water cooler that works very well. The hot water is hot enough to brew good tea, and the cold water is very cold. There have been complaints about this water cooler being loud, but in my experience this one is much quieter than my previous one, the water pump and refrigerator compressor in this unit is pretty quiet, and barely noticeable. In my previous water cooler air bubbles would cause the water to sputter (which was messy and painful with the hot water), but this water cooler dispenses a steady stream without sputtering. It seems to be well made, and leaves very little water at the bottom of the bottle.

I read the other reviews and thought "how loud could it be?". It is quite noisy off/on when it is cooling. Not bad enough for us to return it. We love the bottom feed system, but I don't like how short the water area is. My water bottle will not easily fit under it for refilling. Water splashes since you can't ring the dispenser.

We are really happy with this stainless steel water cooler/heater. We were leery because of some problems others had. Some reviews indicated the instructions were not clear, very confusing. We couldn't agree more on that, but once the initial cleaning was done and it was up and running we were very pleased with it. Had not had the option of hot water before and actually finding it very helpful. It is noisy when it pumps up water but that lasts for a few seconds. The empty bottle beeper can be stopped by opening and then closing the door. As long as you don't pull any more water out of it the beeping will stop, so you don't have to listen to it while getting another bottle. We haven't had it very long but so far it is great.

I bought this because it looked good and I like the idea of not looking at the water bottle, and also not lifting it. When we got this home and started it up, the enjoyment was quickly over. The water tastes terrible, like oily plastic or something similar. When it runs it makes a great deal of noise, and even has a vibrating sound that we can only stop if we hold our hand on top of the machine. The main reason I purchased this unit was to have good cold water, and it does not do that. The water tastes terrible like oil is leaking into it or something. I took it back and purchased one at another store.

We have had it for about a month, have heard no complaints from the office. Seems to work just fine.

Easier than lifting the bottles and the unit looks nice. Beeps constantly when the water level is low so you need to be ready to change the bottle immediately!

Looks nice. Much better looking than anything else we could find. Features work as advertised. Especially like that the flow of water is faster than our previous water cooler. The recessed taps are a nice detail. A little noisy. Not a deal breaker, but would like to see better sound deadening insulation in future model updates. Cost less than half of what we spent on our previous stainless water cooler.

I've only had this water cooler a couple of weeks.So far,so good.It is a little pricey,but I had bad luck with other coolers in the past,so I decided to get a more expensive one.You know what they say:you get what you pay for.So far,this cooler does fine.The water is cold,like it should be.I dont use the hot side,but I tried it,and it is HOT.The stainless steel exterior is very attractive and easy to clean.Overall,a very nice water cooler.

Ordered this cooler, it looked nice online and wanted the convenience of a bottom load with a nice look. Just unpacked it to find a huge dent in the side. It looks as if it was kicked in. I don't think it looks high- end but rather kind of cheap. Returning for something else.
