Adorable! Love them, BUT! They don’t work for the rails that I have and I ended up tying them up with rope. (As shown in photo) Also! I ordered 2 baskets, got 6 hooks and 2 screws, should’ve been 4 hooks 4 screws. I made it work, and it looks really nice on the side of my apartment, but unfortunately the hook parts didn’t work for me! Even if they did work I didn’t have enough screws to keep it up! I’m only giving it 3 stars bc I know Home Depot’s Workers are working hard during these times, and I appreciate all the hard work they are doing fulfilling all these online pickup orders!

The planter was easy to mount and has held up well so far (we have had them installed for about two weeks). We have two on our balcony railings and they are nice additions to the space. FYI, these planters sit on top of the railing and do not hang over the edge.

Missing a bracket for one of the planters

The planters are lovely, but came without any instructions for attaching to the railings. Neither I nor my contractor could figure out how to hang them from the railings. They are sitting on top of the bannisters, for now,, but would look SO much better if they could be hanging as it was intended.

I was looking for a rectangular planter with a cocoa liner with iron to go with the other planters I have. This is great and looks beautiful.

Neighbors are jealous. Lol simply buy UV ray protected zip ties to keep them sturdy, they will be needed.

Very difficult to secure to railing. Brackets will not keep basket stable. Very disappointed!!!

The clips that came with the planter were inadequate and we had to shop on our own to separately find ties to put them up.

Planter came without the parts needed to assemble them to the railing. I haven't been able to get in touch with customer service for weeks.

The coco insert lets water pour out, so soil does not stay moist. Planter itself is very pretty and easy to assemble. Bought 2 and then bought 2 more.

The hole you need to use to screw the rail clamps on was welded partially shut by mistake. It was too much of a hassle to return the thing so I just set it on an outdoor sill. Annoying, though.
