This product is wonderful! It's sturdy, easy to install, looks great. We used it to replace some old shabby-looking lightweight foam tiles, and couldn't be happier. Our basement looks much classier with this product. Also, the product arrived quickly, was packaged so well that no tiles were damaged in shipping, and we were able to order just a few extras instead of a whole case when we realized we needed more.We highly recommend these tiles!

Great looking Ceiling Tile, Not accoustic but that's what made the installation so easy. Rigid enough to easily install flush mount LED lighting and smoke detectors. Easy to clean and no flaking or dust. We cut it on a table saw with a paneling blade.

because they are so thin when you cut them for the edges there are gapes that show that make them...
because they are so thin when you cut them for the edges there are gapes that show that make them look a little off and not clean like your thicker tiles. I am not very happy with this outcome of these tiles. the problem is they are thin and raised probably will not buy again

Thank you for taking time to review our Icon Relief White Ceiling Tiles. I apologize that the tiles did not fit all your installation needs. We do not recommend cutting through the Icon Relief tiles due to the shadow line it creates during your installation. We recommend using a Designer Seriers Border tile to border out your room; this tile can be cut down without any shadow lines occuring. The border tiles are available for order through HomeDepot.com or through special order at our local Home Depot location. Excellent product
This tile truly is beautiful installed. It's a little pricey but the effect is perfect. I did contact the manufacturer prior to installing as I wanted to know the best way to remove the stickers on the face of the product - based on other reviews I read here. It turns out the sticker is NOT on the front of the tile; it s in fact on the back where it belongs. It's just that the tile can be installed either way. If you want the back to show, be prepared to remove stickers. Otherwise it looks just as fine installed the right way!

These tiles are very thin plastic tiles they are a pain to cut almost need a real tile to weight them down in the frames

Beautiful product , but be careful
Ceiling is up and looks fantastic! Be careful though. I had a few drop as I was working with theses and chipped or cracked the edge on a few before I changed my method of holding them up during installation. The risk is prior to putting the locking runner in. These are pricey since they come 12 to a box, you don't want to break one that you will need. I was able to use the ones with the cracked edges as my border pieces since they had to be trimmed to size anyhow. Looks like a professional job done now and I love it!

brittle
I purchased this tile from another store for $7/panel. They are extremely brittle. Several boxes contained tiles with edges already broken off. Luckily I already needed to cut quite a few for ceiling edge areas. Unfortunately they DO NOT cut well. You'll need a saw or VERY sharp blade. If using a utility knife or box cutter, I recommend scoring the area first. I tried using scissors but this caused perpendicular splintering.
Extraordinarily mediocre. They look acceptable but you might want to look for a brand that isn't so brittle unless you find them super-cheap.

When cutting we recommend using a skill saw or RotoZip to cut to odd sizes and a hole-saw or RotoZip for sprinkler heads or can lights. The tile can be trimmed with a utility knife. You may also use a metal angle ruler, score it and snap the tile. At ACP, customer satisfaction is our number one goal. Good looking Tile
Installed easily, looks so much better than the institutional type tile that was up before. We also got rid of fluorescent lights and replaced with led can lights. Looks good together. Only complaint is that the bar code sticker is on the visible side of the tile!! Was not easy to remove and really slowed down the install process.

This is a perfect product for my basement bar ceiling looking great but providing the access to the plumbing and electrical above.
