Dear Sir, Sadly the grill has several issues! The starter did not work and with my electric handyman we rewired and now it works. The cover for the wiring and battery is quite difficult to stay on. I have now put a plastic bag over to hold the cover on with duck tape. The propane tank gauge fell off or was off the next morning; poor bolts holding it to the frame. I am using a 2 by 8 scrape of wood to hold it flat on the ground. I bought the assembled at the Home Depot Store. This is my 3rd Weber Grill in 20 years so I sure hope this is not a downward turn for Weber. Respectfully, Art Shemwell III USARMY retired

Of course this grill is well made, this one replaced my older Weber gas grill that was over 10 years old. This Genesis II is a wonderful upgrade each individuall burners light separately depending on how much you are cooking which is perfect and very easy to start up the next burner if needed. Cooks fast and hot with cooking even heat displacement. Just a great upgrade.

This Grill is well built. This is the third Weber I have bought. The first one i had for 10 years and sold it to a friend. The second one I had for 12 years and gave it to my son. I love the 10 year coverage on all parts. This grill gets very hot. Cooks great.

Easy to use. Like the ease and feel of lifting and closing the lid. Not sure of how the stainless surfaces will hold up. Only had it a week, used three times.

I have been looking for a new grill for a bit since my last grill died. My brother had just bought the spirit version of this grill. He said if he had the funds he would have gotten this one. So I started researching all the grill option in the price point. Everyplace I looked 5 stars, #1 grill. Happy customers, 10 year warranty, good customer service, friends said Weber. So when they went on sale this past weekend for Labor Day I took the plunge. Man am I soooooo happy. I bought it unassembled. My brother and I put it together in about 2 hours. There was a cool app to download, step by step. It fired right up, first time. LOVE IT!!!! You will not be sorry, big plus on sale! I hope to have it for many years to come

Got it as a father's day gift for my husband. He has not stopped grilling since. He loves it!

Awesome grill....makes everything delicious! !!!

This review is completely based on the color and inside paint job. Just got this delivered, the color is not a dark gray or gray by any means, it is a sort of a dark/dirty beige, so disappointing. Also, the inside paint of the grill came all drippy, so this item is going back. I will share photos of what the right side of the grill looks like vs the left drippy side. Home Depot should have descriptions of colors or small swatch samples of what they actually look like since they do not have all items to be viewed in store.

It took me a few hours to assemble by myself, but as long as you can follow the directions it isn't too bad. I have had it for a few weeks and use it multiple times per week. Works great and has a large cooking surface. Cooks evenly across the surface. Honestly, I would never buy any other brand than a Weber. My last Weber lasted me over 15 yrs and still worked great. I just wanted something bigger. When you buy Weber, You know you are getting quality.

I researched which natural gas grill to buy for a few months and I kept coming back to the Weber grill the price was thing that made me pause on the purchase but in the end I made the purchase and now I see why you pay so much the grill is very well made great quality. In the past 15 years I have had 3 others grills and in total I paid more for them than this grill. BUY the WEBER you will be glad you did.

"Penny" (that's her name) has proven to be a great buy and even better addition to the family! She cooks well, cleans up easily, and is beautiful! Although she's only been part of the family now for 2 weeks, she has made several much missed dishes to my husband and I. I really like the grill space saver (folding warming rack) and the wheels are a big improvement over other grill brands I've bought in the past. Now, if Penny could only clean herself, we'd be set!!

I purchased this Weber grill and some Weber accessories as a gift for my daughter and son-in-law. They absolutely love the quality and the features of this grill. Despite the lingering cold weather up north, they are already using this on a regular basis. They are in BBQ Paradise!!! I think Weber has gained a life-long customer. ( And thank YOU H.D. For the zero% interest for 12 months, which is a gift to ME!)

Have used the grill for a few weeks now and love it. For the first cook I spread 20 chicken thighs all over the grill and every one cooked exactly the same. No hot or cold spots. Have never had a grill do that. Very soundly made. Looks like it will hold up for a very long time.

Amazingly fast grilling at 500 degrees. NY steaks in ten minutes, burgers in about the same. A pound of bacon in a cast iron skillet was done in 15 minutes. Great grill and it’s well built.

I have been using this grill for over 5 months now and I love it. BTU's are HOT and even cooking throughout all 4 burners. I cater as well and this has saved me time and money. I would buy this again in a second. Great value and it's beautiful.

easiest grill to use i have ever had and clean and quiet..

I have been saving my hard earned money to purchase a grill that I have wanted for years. I bought it April of 2017 in the box as I wanted to know my grill from assembly to use. The assembly was extremely easy and I enjoyed every minute. The reason for my 3 star rating is when I did my initial burn in, the enamel on the lid flaked. Weber replaced my lid very promptly but the inconvenience of having to remove the thermometer and install it on the new lid and then installing the new lid. Other than that, love my Genisis II.

Purchased about a month ago. Have grilled on it almost half a dozen times. Also opted for the igrill3 option. Couldn't be more pleased with the whole setup. I was able to put together myself but it really requires 2 people. Overall, love the grill.

I've owned multiple Weber Grills and have liked every one. They work reliably and it is easy to get replacement parts as things inevitably wear out from use and being outdoors. The only thing that bugs me with this specific grill ( and I think it is a Weber issue, not HD), is the length of the hose that connects to the propane tank. Because it is short and has to be twisted around to fit it there is too much pressure where the hose goes into the grill. If you turn the propane tank around, you end up with too much pressure where those attaches to the tank. The solution is to buy a longer hose and let it curve more gradually.

I ordered and had it delivered to my residence. It is a heavy construction and was a straight forward process to assemble. The assembly gave me an opportunity to become familiar with the details of the grill and develop an appreciation for the design. I like the lp tank area which allows for easy replacement of an empty tank and I really like the burner design and arrangement. Cooking is as expected with even heat that is easily adjusted. I have had the grill for two weeks and use about every three days. I highly recommend this grill.

My wife let me pick which grill I wanted for Christmas, so I did some research and knew that I wanted a Weber and since this was just released by Weber, this is what I picked. And boy am I happy that I did!!! The Genesis II E-410 looks great, is solid and sturdy, and heats up quickly and evenly. Even the wheels feel smooth and sturdy and it rolls around with ease!! Home Depot delivered it right to my house on a pallet. The box said it was 190lbs and I believe it! I assembled the grill myself, and it took about an hour and a half. 45 minutes of that was unpacking everything! You're going to need two people to unpack it as it is heavy and the way it's packed makes it difficult to get out of the box, at least that was my case. The grill lights on the first click of the igniter! It heats up quick, and there aren't any "hot spots" as it gets warm all over, front to back. I've cooked on it only 3 times so far and it is hotter than I'm used to cooking on, but then again, the old grill I had only had 2 burners out of 5 that only partially worked. My only complaints are the plastic washers and push pins on the tank shrouds. I wish that Weber would have included a grill cover with it like they did for my Smokey Mountain Cooker, especially considering the price of the grill and the cover itself! Guess I'll have to head back to Home Depot for the cover! Overall, I'm very happy with my grill and I hope that it provides me with many, many years of grilling!

Not only the best grill I have ever owned, but most likely the best I've ever seen or used. Weber truly did not cut any corners on the manufacture of this beautiful grill. It is excellent in every way imaginable. Not too much trouble putting it together, since my son helped me with every aspect, but there were quite a few parts. Loving the Copper Top---so impressive. Also really enjoy all of the extra cooking surface with 4 burners and porcelain grills that are very easy to clean. It was amazing how easily this BBQ Unit ignited on the first attempt. Another very nice feature is the fuel gauge to let you know if the propane is running low. This BBQ Grill is very well designed, and I expect to do more outdoor grilling than in the past. I highly recommend this to all interested parties. I love it!!!!

Husband put together the grill yesterday. It came expertly packed with good assembly instructions. His only concern was the electrical box .... it was difficult to put into place, but once all was said-and-done, he was very happy. He especially liked the 4 tapered stainless steel burner tubes and reversible porcelain-enameled, cast-iron cooking grates. The drip pan configuration is easily removed and replaced with little effort. He loves that it has 4 burners instead of 3 and that thermometer is mounted in the center of the grill lid. As the wife looking at it and not cooking on it, I like the color. The copper top is pretty and looks so much better than the black grill it one replaced.

This is the best grill I've ever had and probably the last one I will have. It is sturdy and solid but the wheels allow me to easily roll it around on my deck. My wife assembled it by herself while I was at work and only had to get my son to assist her once. I have the copper colored one and it looks so good that I hate to put a cover on it. It has 4 burners and ignites on the first strike. The porcelain coated cooking surface is easy to clean. I really like the open cart design that gives easy access to the drip pan, shelf, and propane tank. It has a unique feature, a propane tank gage which is just a spring type scale that uses the tank's weight to indicate it fuel level; it will be nice to know when I'm running low. The grill is also iGrill 3 compatible which is a Bluetooth meat thermometer option I haven't gotten yet. I really can't come up with any negative on this grill. It is rather expensive but I expect it to last a very long time and the Weber parts are easy to obtain and install. I love it and recommend it!

This barbeque is great. Balanced heat from the 4 burners was able to easily manage 24 burgers at the same time. Almost all the components disassemble easily to clean everything quickly and well and some of the pieces are even dishwasher safe. Makes excellent sear marks with either side of the grill plates as long as it is preheated prior to cooking. Comes with 10ft hose and 1/2" quick connect!
