The carpet is beautiful and exactly what I needed. The only issue I have is that usually when I purchase rugs / carpets they are delivered rolled and not folded. When I unboxed the rug there were numerous folds and wrinkles. I am so tempted to return.

Worst area rug ever!!! Dont purchase this rug. It literally started falling apart the first week. I tried to fix the first tear from nothing. Then it tore every where. Dont vacuum!! I have not returned, its damaged so bad they would believe us.

It will shred apart with a simple vacuum cleaner rolling over it, winding around the brushes nearly destroying your vacuum. It provides no protection against any spills. It's corners never stay down and it's impossible to clean without further damage by threads pulling up in to a bushy patch that must be then cut off and burned to keep it from repeating. Save yourself the headache and don't buy this rug ever. ~ Semper Fi

What a bargain buy! I ordered this online and picked up in store because they didn't offer free shipping. It fit all the way across my economy vehicle, so easily transported. This is a durable flat pile rug for my dining room which gets a lot of foot traffic. Looks great with my black decor and table. I layered a round beige rug on top of it, makes it pop!

It was exactly what we needed to go under our queen size bed. The pecan color goes great with our cedar stained wood floors and white bed framing. It’s not too thick. Just right to have a comfortable landing for feet off of bed. I highly recommend.

Decent rug for the price.. don’t expect a thick fluffy rug, very thin but does the job

Rug was delivered on time and rolled up so there were no creases to deal with. Lightweight and functional, it does the job perfectly.

This was ordered to cover a concrete area in basement for workouts. Delivery was quick from Home Depot especially with it ordered just before Christmas. For the purpose, the rug works good. It's a simple black rug with good coverage area at a pretty good price. The rug is not thick but it seems to be good quality. The way it was packaged created creases which went away after putting some weights on top overnight. Overall, a good purchase.

We are very satisfied with this rug. We have it for 3 weeks and it completely meets our expectations.

It seems to me the more expensive a rug, the more ugly and flawed it is. So it was no surprise to me that the inexpensive 7x9 Town Square Pecan rug I bought was attractive and nicely made. I put it directly over hardwood oak flooring without a rug pad. The rug is relatively thin and has a short pile, but it is soft and doesn't move with furniture on it. I may add a rug pad later to make it more plush. Very nice product.

This is a great beige, neutral rug. It has a subtle checker pattern that adds some visual interest. It is low-pile, which makes it easy to vacuum and keep clean. There was a slight "new carpet" smell but it dissipated quickly. For someone who is looking for a rug that will go with anything, but isn't a shag rug, you have a winner! Also, it was easy to get up the stairs. It is manageable to carry.

the pecan color carpet appears to be sturdy and nice color. I will see if it stands the test of time It's only a month old

The carpet is ok, but it was delivered folded!! Folded and shoved in a box! We’ve had it almost a month now and there’s no sign of the wrinkles coming out anytime soon. I’ve never seen a carped delivered folded every one know you roll a carpet! Horrible shipping and delivery!

While I was extremely skeptical when it arrived, I hated the packaging and was sure if it fit in the box folded it would be horrible but after wrestling with it to get it placed it turns out we really love the rug. Great feel on your feet, lays well and keeps the chairs right where its supposed to.

The rug came folded instead of rolled like the last one I purchased. It still has creases in it from being folded

Not a good quality rug the corner of my rug is torn literally looks like someone used scissors and cut it I bought this rug in August for my bedroom and jus from light vacuuming it’s should not have a tear like this it’s not good quality

Well made rug and can be cut to fit areas, if needed. I bought quite a few of these for my basement. Really like them and lower costs than others that are not as good of quality.

Horrible!!! To pay $150 for a rug and it comes folded in a box??? Creases everywhere looks horrific! Almost cried! People dont have this type of money to spend on such a horrible rug!!

This is a carpet that came FOLDED in a box. When opened and laid out, the fold creases are a darker color. How can they be removed? Steamed? Please reply with manufacturer's phone number.
