The rug wasn't so bad, it was how it was...
The rug wasn't so bad, it was how it was packaged that caused the issue - the rug was literally folded several times and put into a box, so once opened and spread out there were so many creases that just did not go away even after days of having the rug laid out.

The rug came folded up in a 2 x 3 box. I laid it down, creases never came out. Looked horrible. I thru it out and had to buy a new one elsewhere.

It took forever for one rug to arrive and then the second one came weeks later in a completely different shade and pattern. Very poor quality weave and very flimsy, with cheap backing, no cleaning instructions attached.
