Great compact dishwasher
Perfect size for my small kitchen. Works very well and looks sleek and minimal with the top panel control. Dishes come out sparkling every time, and fits a good amount despite the small size.

The dishwasher turned out to be damaged but the damage wasn’t noticed until after the 48 hour period. There is no damage to the outside of the box so it must have been packaged already damaged. Home Depot will not exchange it or accept a return. Now I have to order a new door for a dishwasher I already paid $700 for. The door and service charge for changing the door will be over $300. I have been a loyal Home Depot customer for over 20 years. I will absolutely not buy anything there again and will let all my family and friends know. This is delaying the completion of my kitchen renovation and sale of my place. Home Depot, you made a big mistake.

Stopped working after six months.
When it works it does a great job and quiet. I had trouble with it almost from the beginning. It worked on and off now it doesn’t work and needs a new motor AND electronic display board. I have had it for 18 months.

Sleek and Efficient
Five months in and this sleek dishwasher does the job. Cleans and dries with a flat front that streamlines my prewar kitchen. Once I familiarized myself with the different options it dries completely even in the short cycle. Extremely quiet. Fits 4 nights of dishes for two. Only issue it the top rack for dishes is really only efficient for saucers or small plates. Bowls topple forward rather than sit upright. That's a waste of space. And the digital controls on top of the door hide away under the counter when shut so you can't see how the cycle is progressing. Otherwise very happy with it. Previously had a Frigidaire where the control panel was manual and on the top front so you could see and maneuver easily.

Hate this dishwasher.
We had to downgrade to an 18” model when we renovated our kitchen. We were so shocked when we received it that the lower dish rack was so small/poorly designed it barely fits our plates. We have nice thick ceramic plates. If we have more than 4-5 plates in the dishwasher we have a hard time closing the bottom rack because the dishes actually hit the spinning arm on the top rack, preventing the glasses and bowls from getting a good clean. Today, the arm fell off trying to load the dishwasher.

Please review this in the manual on page 8. This model dishwasher can fit 11" diameter plates on the bottom rack. Bad functioning system
The main problem : detergent compartment was not amptied while machine was functioning for 2,5 hours. Had 7 attempts to try allwashing cycles with the new capsules of recommended detergent. Next: unfortunately No Dry option for light nor Autosense cycles. This item doesn’t deserve that high price. Not useful In the rental apartments Can send pictures showing no dissolved detergent sitting on the bottom of main wash compartment

Poor rack and flatware design reduces capacity.
My previous 18” GE dishwasher was easy to load and accepted all my daily dishes and flatware and mugs, etc.
This one is nearly impossible to load and only accommodates half of my dailies dishes and flatware, mugs, etc. the racks are so poorly designed. I wish I could have viewed this 18” at a dealer before buying. What kind of idiot designed these racks? Wish my old 20 year old 18” GE hadn’t bit the dust. BTW, the kick plate for the bottom was poorly powder coated.

Unfortunate Manufacturing Error
Love the dishwasher, however the drainage hose took me 3 days to problem solve on how to attach it to the T-pipe. This was due to there being no rubber end to the main drainage hose. We followed the instructions perfectly when setting up the dishwasher… If it wasn’t for the trial by fire plumbing job I had to do to remedy this manufacturing error, this would have been a perfect dishwasher.
My father in-law is a seasoned contractor, who helped me set up the dishwasher, and even he was shocked that the hose came the way it did.

The 18” Dishwasher
Great Dishwasher, overall Im happy with the look, function and size for my kitchen. Has a few quirks that are really just related to quality and thought behind the product. Roller wheels on bottom rack aren’t correct size, utensils rack should have a split in the folding separator so one side could be for larger things. The sprayer at the top of the tub should've been slimmer, I bump a few bowls on it and then have to readjust everything. Other than those things. I would buy it again. Everything else I looked at didn’t check all my boxes. This one fit the bill.

Not working after 3 years
I don't like to provide review few days after buying an item. Most likey, everything is fine after few days. I bought this item 3 years ago and now it stop working. All the bouton LED work except for the start bouton. I tried to find the part online. Unfortunately, the parts are discontinued.

Specs are WRONG!
Depth listed as 22.5” in the listing but in reality it’s 23.75”. I had a custom cabinet built based on the specs but the over 1 inch difference now means there isn’t enough clearance for the door to close. Worst is that the plumber pitched all the packaging and now I can’t take it back for a smaller one. Project is either all jacked up or I’m stuck with a dishwasher I don’t need. Will never buy an appliance online again.

Cleans better than we do by hand
Our kitchen is too small to fit a conventional style dishwasher but it fits this one. We were happy to find that this dishwasher cleans dishes better than we can by hand and makes so little noise that we barely know it is on. Now having two sinks full of dishes doesn’t bring the dread of doing dishes for two hours.

Great Dishwasher
Our almost 20 yr old GE dishwasher was on its last leg. I called my plumber to ask about recommendations of dishwashers and he said go with a brand that has been around for a very long time. Since my old one was a GE, that’s what I went shopping for an 18 inch size in our city. Found one and got it ordered and installed by my plumber. What an amazing difference 20 yrs can make in appliances. Simple to use, has more room and is SO quiet. Would totally replace any of my appliances in the future with GE. Thank you.

Nothing but issues since its arrival
Apparently this model gets delivered with a bad water pump a lot (error code 888).. Now that that was replaced, the actual machine (not a connection) is leaking.. Has been a nightmare so far in the first month and only 1 run in.

Compact, affordable and super EFFICIENT
Perfect for my kitchen! Efficient on water and power. Options to dry or not to dry save money. The best feature is that it is SUPER QUIET!!! The first time I used it I had to check to see if it was working...no sound at all! I'm saving water and energy.
