We like the refrigerator portion but the freezer portion has a poor design. Just one basket and everything falls out of the back of the basket into the bottom of the unit. There is no way to organize the food in the freezer. The doors on the refrigerator are a little hard to close. We wanted the slate finish, but were limited to this model or a side by side because of limited space.

So much room in the refrigerator and the freezer has more room than I thought.. Love that the water is inside rather than on the outside of the door

Love the space in the doors and drawers. Shelves move easily snd clean up nice. The icemaker and drawer in the freezer is very efficient. The outside of the fridge is hard to clean and scratches very easy.

We're very happy with this refrigerator. It works well in the small space allowed, runs relatively quietly. I'm a big fan of the turbo cool option for putting still-warm leftovers in. The shelving is a little less than stellar because the white plastic trim on the shelves has rather sharp edges and feels flimsy. The two of us can't keep up with the speed of the ice maker, and often dump the ice to prevent jams, but it would be great for a family. Shelf configuration is a little tight, but we make it work. Love the digital temperature settings. We don't use the water dispenser inside the door, so can't comment on that. Overall, I would recommend this fridge and the finish is easy to keep clean. We bought this from a local appliance store almost a year ago and it has been reliable with no problems. We also felt it's a good value for a french door fridge with a bottom freezer.

This is for a rental unit so we wanted things to be simple. Keeping the ice and water out of the door certainly helps. It looks great. We had a minor problem (probably due to the fact that this was a floor model). The ice maker endlessly flowed water when we activated it. GE service was great coming out with short notice. They replaced the ice maker and the real culprit, the ice shut off valve. The GE guy was super. Much better than the Bosch service person who I wanted to throw out of the house.

I've only had the fridge for less than a week but so far so good. I love the fridge. It is very spacious. I was concerned about purchasing a smaller fridge, but those concerns are unfounded. There is a lot space packed into this little super star. My only concern presently is that I have to open both doors to access the humidifier drawers. If not for that this would be a five star review.

The water spigot is very difficult to use. Needs excessive pressure to activate. Incoming packaging design was poor. It appears many of the fridge exterior panels were assembled with the protective coverings intact making it very difficult for the consumer (me) to remove the coverings from the panel joints. There are also some tie wraps holding the wire basket in the freezer that I have not yet been able to remove because they are pulled so tight. I will need to buy a special cutting tool to remove them.

The appliance store where I purchased this refrigerator highly recommended GE's as having fewest problems of all brands they carry. They also felt them to be the best value. My refrigerator has performed flawlessly so far.

Bought the refrigerator in January and love it. The interior space is amazing and having door racks that hold a gallon of milk is the BEST!

I have had several months of awesome service from refrig. . I also have washer dryer, stove and microwave. They all have been what you would expect from GE

We bought this set for our new kitchen remodel in January. This is the best piece of the set. Our only issue with it is that it is sometimes a bit loud, people have commented on it when visiting. Other times we do not notice it.

Love my fridge. The bottom freezer is great and the top is so easy to see everything.

I bought this to replace my 28 year old side by side. It was quite a change to have a bottom freezer and french doors, but it's a beautifu l fridge and very quiet.

This refrigerator looks nice and it works perfectly. I love the idea of the freezer being at the bottom but it is smaller than my previous freezer. Maybe if it had rolling shelves instead of one big basket

Had this fridge since Jan. Works flawlessly, looks great. Shelves and drawers a lititle flimsy for the cost of item. Inside water dispenser is useless. Door open alarm goes off before you can fill a glass up. Needs a reservoir to hold a build up of fresh water.

Would not have purchased this if there was a floor model to see rather than looking at a picture of it. Interior filtered water spigot is difficult to use and the door must remain open while filling a glass or jug, wasting energy. Also must leave the freezer drawer open to access the internal ice cube tray, and it is inconvenient to use. The compartment has a small drawer and a large wire basket for everything else, with no bottom other than the inside of the unit. If anything falls through the basket, it is difficult to retrieve.

First it looks amazing. Then stays clean after being touched all day. It's low energy and save money by keeping my food fresher longer. It's bright and has all the features I need and nothing I want. It's perfect!

Overall it is a good looking appliance, keeps food cold, which is important for a refrigerator. The finish is very appealing, however it is so easy to scratch it boggles the imagination. It seems the slightest rub will etch the finish. A bit disappointing, to be honest.

The refrigerator stopped working after one day. Independent appliance store said GE technicians would need to check it out.

We needed to replace our 20 year old refrigerator of another brand. The space available bounded by surrounding cabinets limited our choices. The new unit has two design features that we don't really like but will have to get used to. The rounded top necessitates opening the refrigerator in order to open the cabinet above. The pull out freezer has far less space and more difficult access than our previous unit. I'm afraid I would not be handing out any awards to the designer(s) of this model.

Looked good in the store, lowered price was right, delivered and installed, still not working properly.

I've it this fridge a little over a month , its nice fridge very spacious but it seems the ice maker water valve will not shut off meaning that water will overflow if left unattended. This inside water and ice maker were two of my favorite features but its not worth buying if they arn't going to work.

Nice to find a lower freezer refrigerator without a bunch of unwanted bells and whistles at a good price

I bought this as a matched set with the GE convection range. We had a GE frig that still works great for 15 years, but wanted a larger frig space and a bottom freezer. I LOVE the size and roominess of the frig, and love having it on top, since we are in it so often. It fits great in our rather small space. Haven't hooked up the water dispenser yet.The freezer is a little small, and agree with others reviews that the single basket leaves a bit to be desired. It's not a big issue with us because we have another freezer. I've noticed the freezer temp changes at random while set at 0....to as low as -1 and as high as 4. Hoping this will not be an issue; we've only used a few days. There was a vibrating noise the first 24 hrs from the area of the ice maker, which seems to have stopping. We don't have the ice maker hooked up yet.
