Second Battery for Solar Light
I purchased a second battery for a Solar Light that mounts on a mail box post. this will allow the light to remain on longer, especially during the winter months when there is not as much sun to charge the batteries. The extra battery was easy to install and appears to be working.

Solar yard light battery.
It was very easy to order the battery and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. However, the battery will not keep the light on thru the night. I am usually up by 5:00 a.m. and the light is always off. If there is a battery that will keep the yard light on longer I would definitely be interested in buying it.

It is definitely a possibility that your unit may have an optional battery compartment for an additional battery which would be needed to extend the illumination duration.
