[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keeps food cold, and frozen food frozen. Ice maker and door dispenser explode ice chunks all over the floor with each use. Ice is not easily accessible from the bin in the freezer, so the only way to get ice is through dispenser. Loose ice has ruined the hardwood floor finish. Please design a better system.

We bought the Frigidaire Gallery set including this fridge. I was first put off by the amount of time the thing runs; It seems to never stop. The fridge looks nice, does the job intended and it is quiet so we ignored that it is always running. We have owned the fridge for 2 years and the display has started to go out. Thankfully Frigidaire foresaw this coming and created a "Display Off" option. The only other complaint I have about this fridge is the peg that holds the milk shelve up. From day one it popped out of the side and just hangs there at an angle. I even tried to push it back in and with nothing on the shelve it pops right back out.

This was a terrible fridge, no wonder is discontinued. However, if I knew back then that it was going to be discontinued I would have not bought it. I also purchased insurance for 3 years for it. The fridge started to freeze everything inside. In 3 months of usage they came to fix about 5 times, then decided to replace it. However, the new fridge was good for about six months, after that the same problem. They came to fix it twice and it worked for 6 more months. So now is over a year and started to freeze again everything. The big problem is that they didn't tell me that the insurance won't be transferred to the new fridge. After all, I paid for 3 years, $250. So my paid insurance was not even started (it goes into effect only after 1 year of manufacture warranty expires) when we got the replacement. But they didn't transfer it and now I am out of $250 plus a junk of new fridge that is just out of it's 1 year warranty. Great job, ElectroLux, and Frigidaire, I will never buy an appliance from you and inform everyone what junks you produce. Not only that, but whoever your insurance agents are, they should inform people about the warranty, even though is strange, no, to have to buy insurance twice for a fridge, plus the price of the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the whole kitchen in August and before my our first payment and my first use on my stove it got scratched up and I followed all the instructions that came with it used the polish and all (see Attached photos) I even bought the rubber things to put on the sides of the stove so the food wouldn’t get down on the sides and get he stove dirty and I pull it out once a month and still clean the sides! My fridge has a crack on the inside lower corner by the opening and two of the door slots were cracked and one broke! I did call warranty department and they sent out two new slots no questions asked when I asked about the crack in the fridge they told me they can’t do anything about that! Maybe I should’ve got a gas range stove and the fridge with the freezer pull out drawer better to see items inside fridge! I’m kinda disappointed :( they look nice and smudge proof is not as bad as the original stainless steel appliances positive point! Well I’m not quit sure how the whole warranty thing works but one thing I know is things are not the way they used to be made and I was told by our sales person to go with Frigidaire cause it’s a American made product! Well I wish they would put a little more quality in our products and we could be more proud of buying American made products!

Had this installed in my new home, perfect size and look for a sleek kitchen! Finger proof stainless, lots of room on the freezer and fridge side, plenty of storage drawers and touch screen options for temperature and lighting.

I purchased my Frigidaire about 3 months ago and I love it plus it looks great in my kitchen with all of my other stainless steel appliances! Still getting my kitchen remodeled almost done (:

I bought my side-by-side Frigidaire 9/1/17 and I just love it. It automatically set the temperature for the frige and freezer side overnight. I especially like the crushed ice. It is quite and doesn't inconsistently pop like the Samsung I had before.

I purchased the Frigidaire Gallery last month - Excellent product and perfect for all my game day food and beverage!! Go Cowboys!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is an excellent value with great features, including digital display and control of both refrigerator- and freezer-side temperatures. If I've got one beef, and it's a small one, I'd note that the icemaker does a little moaning from time to time that takes a little getting used to.

We have had our fridge for just over a month. It makes these weird clicking noises and the flap in the back for the ice maker gets stuck when it makes ice and it causes moisture to build up around the hole on the door and it freezes. So when I open the freezer door it falls on the ground. I have to shake the ice tray to get the flap to go back down so it won't build up the on the door. We had a technician look at it and he said that there is. O thing he can do to fix it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've not had any issues. It's large, relatively quiet. Any refrigerator is going to make some noises. The ice maker makes more than enough ice for me, a bachelor. The dispenser works great too. You have to get a rhythm and you will not have any messes. The doors close automatically, so no worries about finding doors open and contents warm. No finger prints! And plenty of storage.

I'm most impressed by the water/ice dispenser in the front that works far superior to others I've owned. VERY functional and visually attractive. For the price you won't find a better one.

Stays clean and any dirty hand prints that do show up wipe right of with a damp washcloth. Massive amount of space inside! My only complaint would be that the deli drawer squeaks (even when empty) but other than that we are pleased.

When I reach my hand into grab something and I touch the trim on the glass shelves, it cuts me or peels my skin back. It has a very thin plastic lip on it that is awful.

It seems bigger even though it's not much bigger than my old one. The shelves and drawers are better proportioned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about this refrigerator is great! I was surprised how much room was in this refrigerator there is. With a family of 6 that was important. I can fit a carton of eggs lengthwise and put a carton of strawberries lengthwise in front of that on the same shelf. Plus I love that I can set the drawers humidity level for vegetables or fruits. So I have one drawer for each. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator to everyone.

Received ours in October 2014. Started malfunctioning on April 2015. Fridge side won't cool. Stays between 50 and 60 degrees. Had 7 service men out to see it. They don't know how to fix it. Frigidaire won't replace or refund. Dealing with Frigidaire (Electrolux) is a waste of time. Don't buy.
