I've owned this washer for a little over six years now and I've been very pleased! It washes well, very quite and ultra reliable. I've never had a single repair or problem whatsoever. I run the cleaning cycle when prompted and it's never smelled or molded like other front loaders by other brands. There are larger machines on the market, but I've found that this washer is plenty big enough for a family of three. It can't handle a plush King comforter but that's not reason enough for me to buy a larger machine. I love the sanitizing feature that I use often when washing towels. I love it and I completely recommend it to anyone who's looking for a quality washing machine.

I had one of the first Frigidaire front load models purchased in 2001. It survived three moves and 15 years. The fourth move damaged one of the support mechanisms. I was very pleased to purchase another Frigidaire especially since it came with the Steam feature. When it first arrived, I thought it would be very complicated to operate, but it is actually quite simple. Just pick the type of load you have and then modify any of the settings you want. It is three inches shorter in depth, which helped the product fit it a tight laundry space. I totally love it and hope it outlasts me. After I make my last move into a senior independent living facility, I plan to purchase the matching dryer.

This washer and dryer set are no longer being manufactured. Home Depot needs up to update the site information from the manufacturer. Frigidaire has discontinued this washer.

Purchased this machine to replace our existing Frigidaire machine, which is located in our kitchen. Frigidaire have increased the size of their washers and no longer make the old model which fit perfectly in the constrained space. This machine does not fit , although we knew this before purchase and had to accommodate it. We're very surprised at how noisy the machine is -in fact no quieter than our old washer which had noise issues that had got worse with age.

I'm glad to use this washer. My wife, and I are enjoying this washer.

it does the job but is little noisy but all in all is ok. would like a different color

Easy to Use. Cleans Clothes quite well. Drum holds large capacities well. A bit noisy with vibration during spin cycle if it is on a second floor.

We bought this washer and a dryer a few weeks ago and it has been a pleasure using them. The washer is delightfully quiet and easy to use, even for my 91 year old mother who is not digital, and the clothes come out so clean! They also have a very pretty look. She's very happy with it and the brand.

We live in a condo and the washer & dryer are in the kitchen under our island. We needed to find a Washer that fit the space but was large enough to do a large load of laundry or a comforter. This Washer fits the space and does the laundry great. I can even wash our queen comforter in it. It has several features including sanitize. I love this washer.

The washing machine does what's described. I like the different features like "sanitary" and "whites". They're already preset but fully customizable. Also, I was looking for a specific size and this met my requirements.

This one has leaked around the front gaskets from day one. It took a while to figure out where the water was coming from (bad to sit and watch the washer for a whole cycle). Now I have to get a tech out to fix it. I hope they fix it in one try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No power from day one of install. Technician found wire not connected inside machine. Once in use found water on floor from leak. Technician out second time and found piece laying in bottom of machine that was never installed. Working ok so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer/dryer set two months ago despite that we had similar older models that were trouble that came with the house. I bought despite the terrible ratings in consumer reports because Frigidaire was the only full size appliances that would fit in the small laundry room (closet). The light inside the washer died the first use. I need to lose a day of work and wait three weeks for warranty repair. I opted to wait for next breakdown which I'm sure will happen soon enough. If you don't need this brand due to size constraints, read consumer reports before you buy.

We bought this in spring to replace our 10 year old washer, and the laundry gets done more quickly AND so much cleaner. It's been a great but.

There is hardly any water in the tub even with Max Fill option. I wonder if all the detergent is thoroughly rinsed out. Maybe this is new technology but I'm not thrilled with it.
