This is a great freezer, we had bought this freezer almost 4 years ago and it got damaged in a flood at our home. We liked it so much we purchased the exact same one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer in October. Frigidaire freezer I replaced held more. Also, the bottom wire basket operated better. Current model bottom basket slides on the bottom of the freezer; very poor design and safety issue for the owner. I do like the middle basket (with the guides) and I ordered an additional basket w/guides. Wish the guides would work on the lower basket, can you check on this and advise?

Except for a week delay in delivery, the freezer was installed and working as desired. It is pretty roomy and keeps the food at the recommended temperature. Happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this freezer. It is very easy to organize and the pull out baskets are great. I had to learn to put my finger under the seal to open the door. Otherwise the door is very hard to open. It did a great job of keeping the food frozen during a power outage. It even keeps the ice cream just right. My only complaint is that it is louder than my last freezer.

This is the best freezer I’ve ever purchased. Roomy, bright lighting, just awesome in my opinion. It is a bit loud and the door is hard to open but that’s okay with us as my old freezer didn’t seal properly. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

I haven't had it long but had a very good experience with delivery. The freezer temperature was pre set and the temperature shows on the exterior door. My 20 year old freezer was not self defrost so this is a real step up for me! Interior is roomy and has many options for shelf and bin placement.

We are really enjoying this upright freezer! The configuration of all the shelves and baskets is excellent, and accommodates all of our different products. Gone is the build up of frost on the food and ice-cream comes out perfect right from the freezer. The only thing that is a little off, is that the door is quite difficult to open due to the zeal! One other note: we ended up buying an extra basket for the door, as otherwise it was wasted space. Good for the food, but one just has to figure out the best way to open it! After having a chest freezer for 40 years, will never go back to doing a forward bend to find something at the bottom of a freezer!

The freezer is easy to setup and get running. Happy with the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this in December so we have had it for 4 months. Such an incredible improvement on our old unit. I do bulk freezing and storage. It can easily hold 6 months worth and still have room left over! The seal is tight, it runs quiet, maintains its temperature, wiped down easy and cleanly, and has lots of shelves to properly see what we have. The light when open is very bright. The installers were professional and polite. Really couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase.

Got it because it was the highest rated stand up freezer of any size! Can adjust the inside from the outside which is worth more 5 stars all by itself!!! Comes preset at 0 degrees F which I also like so there's no guess work involved! Plenty of room for my wife and I!! Runs quiet!

Freezer was exa tly what I needed. It is large and has easy to understand digital panel for controlling temperature

It replaced a 39 year old Kenmore Freezer, which still worked. This is a giant leap forward, frost free, lights, and two baskets, and storage in the shelves. It maintains temperature for two days without power which is great since we were hit by a hurricane last year. Definitely a great buy.

So far, so good. Have had it just a couple of weeks.

No SpaceWise® Deep Basket as advertised. To utilize the size of this freezer you need to buy a lot more door bins available online. These will cost you about $200 extra. Very hard to open, I would not suggest this freezer for a senior.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old Frigidaire a month ago. I loved my old one. It had so much space with the 2 baskets in the bottom. This one is so much better. I love the way you can adjust the door shelves. I REALLY love the drawers in my new one. The place for ice cream in the door is the greatest. I buy lots of individual cups. Now, I fill it up.. they are neatly tucked away and don't fall out. There is nothing I don't love about this freezer. If you are big on organizing your food ? You will really enjoy the colored clips for your baskets.
