We looked for problem solving solutions and there on none that answers the question “Why is my freezer leaking water on the floor?” My home is kept at 70 degrees so heat and humidity is not the problem. I hope I can get some help.

I bought this fridge a year ago and have it in my garage where it can get to 95 degrees and it keeps the beer wonderfully cold!!

Bought from a local dealer, received a good price, and they delivered promptly and professionally. The only issue is that it is difficult to open the door (at least for my wife). Not sure why ... seems the seal is very tight. If not for that, I'd give 5 stars. I would recommend.

The door is very hard to open even if I let it stay closed after opening. The thermostat has no effect on the inside temperature. The instructions pamphlet is useless.

We selected the FFRU17B2QW because of size, price, and that there was a standalone freezer that matched it. This refrigerator is perfect and has plenty of interior space for our needs. We purchased it prior to the COVID-19 outbreak and it's been a real blessing to have so much extra refrigerated space at hand so we don't have to venture out in public. Food stays really fresh. The door seal is super strong. Really happy with my purchase.

For small increase in price i got a larger frezer; I am very glad that I did. Besides the increased capacity, the "frost free" aspect is the greates feature of all.

Our local appliance store had this freezer and we loved the features. Very quiet running and really freezes food well and holds it's cold temperature.
