Please keep in mind the authorized service techs are our eyes and ears when visiting your home; we rely on their communication when performing repairs. When the service provider and Factory Technical Information Department deems an appliance is repairable after reviewing the repair history and diagnosis of the appliance; our in-house techs advise suggested repairs. However, if the recent repair or suggested repairs do not prove effective, our Factory Technical Department team will communicate what options we are able to offer you based on your appliance current and previous service calls.
We understand this isn't ideal. Rest assured, our team and authorized service providers will utilize all our resources to restore your fridge to optimal performance within the guidelines of your manufacturer’s warranty.
