This is the 2nd unit that leaks. Installed it today to replace an identical unit which also leaked in the exact same manner. Must be a production flaw, or a design flaw. I don't care how good it looks if it leaks badly you should AVOID.

After 6 years this is totally useless. Handle started leaking and upon tearing it down for repair I found many broken plastic parts within. Pure Junk !!! For $300 this should of been a faucet that should have lasted at least maybe ten years.

I'm really surprised by all the negative reviews. I've had mine for about seven years without any problems, except that the soap dispenser is pretty useless. The finish still looks great, and no leaks. I would have given it five stars if the soap dispenser worked well, but it doesn't. You have to pump multiple times to get any soap, and the pump action is very slow.

Hi Nick, my name is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your soap dispenser. I would like to help! Over time, soap can build up within the pump mechanism and cause a problem with how the soap flows out. We suggest removing the soap dispenser head by pulling it up and off. You can then take the pump/straw out of the head and soak both pieces in warm water. If you are still having a problem, please contact our Customer Service team at KohlerCustSErv@kohler.com. We're happy to send you a replacement soap dispenser pump! -Sarah B. KOHLER Customer Service

Leaking
Leaks at the handle-mixer and underneath the sink at the cold water feed connection. Cannot be repaired, the mixer/handle was damaged by the slightest application of a wrench to loosen it.

Can't take of the bonnet
When the faucet began to leak, I try to take off the bonnet to change the valve. But inside of the bonnet is rusty, couldn't remove it even with a big wrench. Had to remove the whole set. What a waste.
Looks beautiful. Installed February of 2012. From the beginning, it has leaked from the base. Not enough for us to do anything but grumble about. Last month the faucet started leaking pretty badly and every time we moved the handle, little bits of red plastic would fall out of it. Last night, the entire handle just popped off. It looks like the plastic inside completely cracked. Of course water was leaking from where the handle used to be, so we had to turn off the water. Contacting Kohler about a replacement under warranty. I will not buy their product again.

Horrible quality and worst customer service
Replaced a leaking part 6 months ago and now have the same problem. Kohler will sent you a new part which takes 7-10 days. They don't care that you can't use your kitchen faucet because of their poor quality. I'll never buy Kohler again!

perfect
my friend has one and suggested this faucet. We like the option of re-arranging the pieces to fit an odd sink.
the sprayer does not block the faucet stream when used.

Mine leaks, too
Our handyman installed this for us in 10/2012. It leaked so we called a plumber who tightened everything. I just discovered that it has been leaking for ? long. Another plumber suggested I call Kohler. They are sending a new handle valve. The three installer/plumber charges will exceed the cost of the faucet.

Beauty is skin deep - and the quality stinks
A year after installing it, the handle became wobbly. After figuring out how to tighten it, the handle was stiff but functional. About a year after that, the faucet began to leak any time it was left "off" with the handle to the far right or far left. Water would trick out the back of the handle in a steady stream and flood my counter, making it's way to the floor. This is the last straw with us and Kohler. We have 4 or 5 other faucets and toilets by them and most of them have issues. My previous faucet lasted almost 30 years. Kohler's lasted less than 5 years. Poor quality, through and through.

This product is garbage and Home Depot should dump it
Original faucet leaked. Ordered replacement part from Kohler. Paid plumber $75 to reinstall. Still leaks. This is garbage and I am surprised that Home Depot continues to carry it knowing of the defect.

Examine carefully
Our plumber had just finished installing this faucet and when he turned the water on to check for leaks, we noticed water dripping out from the body of the faucet itself. Apparently there were 2 thin "stress cracks" in the body of the faucet that were barely visible but could be felt with your fingernail. My plumber couldn't believe it since he had never seen anything like this before. The box was sealed and everything inside newly packaged so it must have been a manufacturing flaw. The plumber detached the body only and I exchanged it for another one which was intact and had no leaks after installation. It looks really nice but now I'm having doubts about it's quality. I hope it lasts a few years.

Looks good, works ok, poorly crafted
cartridge inside faucet has broken once - metal failure - causes it to leak all over. soap holder for dispenser is defective - has broken twice. costs more for the plastic soap holder to be shipped than the $1.80 for the container itself; the top breaks off where it should screw in to the dispenser. poor flow control on the faucet and the hose for the sprayer gets full of mold and cannot be easily fixed - can't detach it from sprayer head.

Leaks
This faucet has been leaking under the cabinet slowly for sometime without my knowledge. Now my cabinet is rotting with mold. Kohler wants to replace it, but another post said the second one leaks too.
No thank you!

21 months in use,soap bottle disintegrating/leaking
21 months after installation, and normal household use (2 adults, 2 kids) the overall perfomance is good.
Big disappointment with the plastic undermounted soap bottle which has disintegrated and is leaking. is THIS component covered under warranty??

Excellent! Beautiful! Works for 1, 2 or 3 bowl sinks.
Excellent faucet. Sturdy and beautiful. Works well for our 2 bowl sinks. Don't know why the one review was bad. Must have wanted 2 soap dispensers. Silly. It works smooth and easy and looks so classy. Love how it looks and works.

Great faucet
I use the soap dispenser for hand soap, not dish soap so the one negative review seems silly to me. This faucet is solidly built and surprisingly heavy. It's a massive upgrade from the cheap faucet I had and I couldn't be happier. I've only had it for a short while so I can't comment on durability, but considering the quality construction I expect it to last for many years.

The faucet is a one-bowl faucet
The faucet probably would work well with a sink that has one compartment. When I purchased the faucet, I did not consider that I had two sink bowls. I did not realize that I would not be able to use the soap dispenser in both bowls. This forces me to wash pans and pots in the left bowl unless I squirt from a bottle of dishwashing liquid I keep under the sink, thereby rendering the soap dispenser useless. Although the faucet will work well for a one bowl-sink, I do not recommend it for a two-bowl sink.

Solid build, with sleek styling
These are a great complement to our new kitchen. We bought two, using the second one for the entertainment sink. The high aspect of the faucet allows for tall pots and carafes to be filled.
It wasn't mentioned in the description, but also included in a matching soap dispenser.
These are very hefty, solid metal and solidly constructed faucets.
