Q:Just had my faucet installed a few days ago and have noticed that when I turn the water off I get two slow drips, is this normal?

A: Thank you for your inquiry. Yes it is normal to get a few drips once the faucet is turned off if the water stops (it would just be some residual water). If the drips don't stop over time, then I would contact our customer care department (1800-456-4537) and replacement parts may be needed.

A: We have the same problem with two of the same units. You dont fix it, hopelessly bad design, return it to the store for a refund.

1036771 adapter (located under the spout)
GP1016515 valve cartridge for the leak under the handle
