Custom ordered door in white primer ready to paint assuming all I would need to do is paint. Well… yah maybe if your don’t care about quality or how it looks in the end, but if you spend close to $300 you want it to look decent, right? The door had many imperfections that needed to be filled in, nail holes were not filled in, cracks at seams, trim cracked, etc… One side of the door was not primed at all. Had to disassemble door from trim to fix everything. Spent about 4-5 hours making it look the way it should have been from the beginning. In the end it looks very nice

We wanted to 'open' up our home to more light in the interior as well as give it a modern look, so we put these doors throughout our house. They are excellent quality and we achieved the look and light we wanted. I would buy these doors again.

Our recently remodeled kitchen needed something more. This door added the finishing touch we were looking for! The added light and depth perfectly accent the back-lit cabinets! Fast shipment, great price, easy ordering and in-store pick-up!

I purchased this door for a master bathroom refresh. Once it was up and painted it was very nice. Pros: Nice appearance Not too expensive compared to other doors Fast shipping to Home Depot Cons: 32" door came 1/8 inch too wide and had to be trimmed to fit, a hassle door cannot be ordered with doorknob holes and hinge recesses, it is a slab and you have to do this yourself. Plastic sheeting covers the frosted side of glass which is nice for painting, but the plastic sheeting is under the wood trim that hold the glass in place and is difficult to remove easily You must inspect door at store before you take home, which is difficult because of the packing , no returns once you leave the store!

The door was the inspiration to change a tiny 1990's bathroom into a little beauty. We added a decal, which you can see in the photo and the spruce up snow balled. We recessed a previously purchased Glacier Bay oval mirror, replaced the sink and counter top with a Glacier Bay product. The Ralph Lauren suede paint, Veranda wainscot, crown molding and floating shelves made the small room lovely. Even the privacy window covering is a Home Depot product. (We took apart an old shade and made the Roman Shade ourselves.) But the door was the inspiration that started it all!

We did not install the door ourselves. The privacy cover has a few imperfections, so we will likely add a decal at some point. The priming was so well done that our builder assumed it had already been painted white.

From seeing the other ratings we must have gotten the "first thing Monday morning" special. Complete Doo-Dee... We paid extra for the jam kit and it was absolutely useless. We had to disassemble the entire thing and put it back together because it was so poorly "constructed" (I use that term loosely). What was the point of that, what a racket - we could have just gotten a jam kit from Home Depot. The trim was cracked, there are gouges on the edges of the door. I'd say 75% of the nails are not even connected to anything - they are through 1 layer and out the side. Of course none of this was discovered until we got the door home. Conveniently Feather River slaps their "universal escape clause" sticker on the outside of the wrapping material that once you leave the store with it you can't bring it back. From the construction to the "finish" work all down the line - the whole thing is a disappointment. I'd give it zero stars if I could. The cheapy $39 hopper windows we bought a few weeks ago were better quality and better looking than this.

Finally bought these doors after stalking them online over the past year or two. The doors were delivered well packaged on a crate. If you have kids around, send them out to play before starting. Not because it's unsafe with all the power tools you'll be using...not because there will be saw dust flying everywhere, but as it is with installing doors...you're bound to let an f-bomb fly. Used one on the downstairs bathroom, and after multiple tests of "can you see what I'm doing now?", by my girlfriend and friends, we've come to the conclusion the doors maintain privacy. If you are right up next to the door you can see a silhouette , but even at just a few inches away, you can't see anything. Used Schlage century handles to finish off the look and they fit well and look great!

I use this for a bathroom door. Provides privacy while letting light through into the hallway.

Used for sliding doors. The doors were sturdy and arrived in perfect condition. Shipping costs were high; however, to have similar doors installed by a professional would have been 4x the cost. They were super easy to install and we keep getting compliments. Great value!

dollar for dollar this is probably the best door I found. It needs a little bit of caulk and paint and then just hardware and it's ready to go. I'm using it as a pocket door and it looks very nice and I'm very happy with it and would use it again!

Very high quality doors. Getting the door ready (hinges, drilling holes for door knob) was a hassle but the door itself was of very high quality. Also, the plastic to allow you to paint was falling off in spots on a couple of my doors so I ended up having to use painters tape to paint them. Overall very pleased though.

pro: I love that this door is heavy and substantial -- you can really feel the quality when opening & closing. The frosted glass is very beautiful, and they kindly keep it taped off & ready to take paint. con: There's some kind of veneer on the face, so if you need to cut the door down to size, the edge can become a little ragged if you're not careful. Also, the door they delivered had a significant ripple imperfection right at the knob placement; not sure if this is a consistent quality issue or if mine is an outlier.

Great door. Soils construction

The Feather River Door with smooth glass is very beautiful and it looks great where where I'm going to use it. I haven't installed it yet but I will be installing it very soon.

When painting it, the primer reacted wit the paint and gave the finish an orange peel effect. Had to sand down to the mdf and re finish.

The door is good. It serves the purpose. Not sure if it’s solid wood throughout?
