Thank you for your review of our Traditional Style #4 PVC Decorative Backsplash Panel in Brushed Nickel. I apologize if the tiles didn't fit all your installation needs. Our panels can be installed to a substrate using either our double sided tape or PL Premium construction adhesive by Loctite, both are designed for a permanent application. The substrate we recommend our tiles be installed on must be smooth, clean, flat and dry; free from any dust, debris, and grease in order to insure adhesion. If you are having issues with the tape you purchased, please feel free to contact us directly at 800.434.3750 and we would be happy to help fix the issues you are experiencing. Thank you.
