Man, I read good reviews about how this was shipped and figured I was good to go. Wrong! Exterior of box was in good shape, but each flat was really messed up! In the posted pics I have actually righted some of the little pots and put some dirt in others. A few were empty! Plants are not uniformly sized—some very small and some bigger. Plastic wrap, no bubble wrap. Carrier may have done the damage by tipping the box, but exterior of box was in good shape.

I'm still waiting to see how they do, it's a slow growing process and some were tipped over in the transport process and didn't survive.

All plants survived trip despite poor packaging. One carton had to be repacked by carrier because water leaked from the plants to the original carton, damaging it. It arrived a day after the first carton. Both cartons had plants dislodged from their pots due to handling. Plants survived that went into the ground and about 99% took hold and are growing well. Watered daily for the fist week and every other day for the next two weeks.

Plants were in good shape but about 10% of the containers had lost most of the soil during shipping. Easy to plant and easy to grow.

I also purchased this online from a competitor. It was about $20 more expensive for the item, but the product was a lot better quality than the Home Depot product. The product was too immature to plant, and didn’t have enough roots for it to survive easily, so I had to spend more time, nurturing it from the state it was in to get it to grow. And some of it didn’t grow it just wilted and died. So I really wasn’t happy with the product that came from Home Depot versus its competitor.

Bought these 3 different times. Each time plants were received in good condition. They’re growing very well in shade/part sun area of my yard. I’m pleased with these.

Delivery and packaging was top notch! Will order again in the future. Neighbors were really impressed too!
