The product was delivered in a timely manner, so kudos to Home Depot for their speedy delivery. The product however was not efficient at all. You have to repeatedly go over the same stuff to pick it up. An old fashioned broom and dust pan are more efficient than this is. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Does not pick up from tile floor and really does not pick up well on carpet either. I bought it because I thought it was supposed to work on any kind of flooring. I should have returned it.

Terrible
Very hard to use don't go backwards I had a $29 Rubbermaid one it was perfect but they discontinued that one don't get this it's a waste of $29
