This "Regular Duty" Adjustable Long Hang Kit is first and foremost a quality product. It has been engineered with all holes aligned properly making for less frustration when installing. Particular attention has been given to the production of this product so that there are no pills, nicks or bumps to catch your fingers or clothes on that can cause cuts and/or scratches of your skin or rips in your clothes.

I purchased this Everbilt shelving unit some 12 years after purchasing my ClosetMaid shelving unit from Home Depot to place on the other side of my master bedroom closet. I was pleasantly surprised that it is exact match to my existing shelving. It is well built, easy to assemble and with all that comes in the kit, it easily allowed me to use the configuration I needed. And by buying the kit it saved me some money versus buying the individual pieces I needed.

Easy to install, 3 different configurations. LOVE IT! We bought 2 sets and installed in 2 different sizes closets!

I wanted something to hang clothes, etc- in the walk in closet. I have a mobile home so the exterior wall studs are on 24" center and the mounting hardware for this shelving is perfect. I was amazed at how quick it was to install. Once you level the top rails, all you have to do is hang the vertical rails and screw them in. If you have hollow walls, use the anchor bolts supplied with the system. Installation was relatively easy. A plus I found is that the closet rods are hung is such a way that you can slide things easily between the brackets. The white wire shelves we had been using you can't do that. The system comes with caps to cover the ends of the wire shelving and the end of the closet rods. The shelving comes in 4 ft sections, so you have plenty of shelving if the span is only 4 ft. Anything larger and you will be better off, buying a long wire shelf. Don't waste your money. The wire racks were all warped and do not sit properly into the supports. The headers do not come with a cover so all mounting screws are exposed making it look cheap. Lastly, the drywall anchors they use are the toggle bolt anchors so you have to drill 1/2" holes and then fight with the toggle bolt as you mount the rails. Now I'm stuck with the decision to take it all down and return and having to patch and paint all of the 1/2" holes from the toggle bolts. HD used to sell the Rubbermaid brand shelving system which as leaps and bounds better than this junk.

I got this kit about 2 months ago. And I have not had any problem with it whatsoever ever. It was very easy to install. There made a great quality steel And I see it last and for years to come. You can keep adding to these kids kids as your kids lifestyle changes. You can adjust the height between the shelves very good quality.. If you look at some of my pictures and you SIM on other reviews. That's because ever built close it organized organized kids can be mixed up with other their products like their shelves shoe racks and Mini different any different close racks.

This closet organizer has a multitude of configurations and options for use. The rails and brackets are very sturdy and easy to install. I like the way the shelves attach and are held in place without additional fasteners. The one thing that held me from giving it 5 stars is the small diameter of the hanging rods. They are only3/4"" diameter instead of the usual 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 inch diameter. This may be a positive thing for some but it does mean it has to be supported every 3 feet. Definitely not a deal breaker, just a preference.

These shelves are great. They are a nice size, sturdy and provide flexibility for positions of the shelves. Installation is very easy by simply installing the top bracket then hanging the three vertical brackets. The shelf brackets mount on the vertical brackets then you simply install the shelves. The shelf brackets are adjustable so I can adjust them easily any time.

Heavy duty shelves for pantry, utility room or closet..The heavy top bracket anchors to studs carrying the vertical track load(notch in picture) eliminating the track load on the rails screws. PROS. HEAVY DUTY BRACKETS. I have over 50 lbs on one shelf and have mixed brackets for flexibility .track support pre drilled on 16" centers for studs. ONLY ONE SCREW IN A STUD IS SUFFICIENT...cheaper brands by Blubber made prior, did fail on me. CONS: .the coat hanger rod snaps in the C hood but may pop out. I just have hangers on the wire rail. VERTICAL TRACK WALL bracket one hole is too high over wall support, useless. Overal these are well made and have some I installed 7 years ago still holding.

If you have a 5ft to 8ft closet, this system will be easy to install, but it does require you to cut the main support bracket with a hack saw if you are installing in less than 8 ft. closet. My problem is that my closet is only 54 in. (less than the 5ft. requirement), but it still worked out well for me. I had to do extra cutting on the wire shelves...I found an angle grinder did the job faster than a hack saw ever could. It took me a long time to install because I played with the suggested design and ended up hanging the two large shelves (cut down to 54") and then cut the third into two additional smaller shelves of 21" each. It's great that they system is customizable, allowing you to hang different shelves at different heights and letting you decide what shelves to hang the hanging posts from. They give you all the end pieces to cover up any rough cuts you may make and to give it a nice finished look. Once you cut and hang the main hanging strip (2 pieces), the rest is simple...you just hang the vertical strips from it spaced out according to your design layout. All the hardware is included and it is very sturdy once you get everything put into place. The clever design allows you to slide hangers the entire length of the rod without catching the hooks that support the rod. Also, the wire shelves lock into hooks on the back of the shelf supports. I don't know if I got much more storage space using the system, but it definitely is better looking, makes things easier to reach and avoids having to stack stuff on the floor. I included some before and after photos, but plan on building a little floor stand on the right side to hold three of those fabric storage boxes for hats and gloves and such. The only con is that if you are installing in a smaller closet (5ft or 6ft), the suggested layout doesn't allow for long jackets, but you can alter it to work if you have basic handyman skills. I opted for two smaller (in height) hanging areas.

Appears to be built with good materials I especially like the double shelf as it allows for twice the amount of storage and clothes hanging capabilities. It took me about twenty minutes to assemble and hang the entire unit. The included instructions were okay they could use a bit more explanation like which way the very first mounting bracket goes on the wall. After that everything else fell into place nicely. The kit includes rubber caps for the shelf ends which will definitely save a few injuries. The shelves will hold a good amount of weight If you mount the unit into studs like i did I’m confident that each shelf will hold about 25lbs spread out along each shelf easily plus coats and clothing hanging on the rods. A very nice addition to any storage area for sure. I would recommend this item.

It has options for different shelf and hanger height and you can also add to it. It is easy to install and sturdy if connected to wall studs. It works best with medium weight clothes as the metal is not to thick and the rod holders are plastic. I recommend this kit for medium duty use when shelf tracks are mounted on studs. They will add space and organization to your closet space.

For the price it isn't horrible. It is a pretty basic white rack shelf and rod. The shelf itself is not overly sturdy, but should work for lighter objects. The rod seems fairly thick and sturdy and has end caps, even though they look poorly installed. The wall mounts and brackets seem pretty sturdy and are made of a thicker sheet metal. The paint finish seems nice and wasn't chipped anywhere.

Selected the Everbilt kits to replace/redo/add-on to the master walk-in closet. I am replacing another brand wire rack with these. I liked the idea of having some flexibility. I also felt these were a bit more stable without all the extra support bars. It also allowed me to organize the closet a better than it was to take full advantage of the space. This single hang kit is exactly like the double hang kit, with the exception of not having the additional shelf, rod, 3 shelf supports and 3 rod supports. I liked the adjustability of the shelf/rods.. The single hang is nice for if I decide to add a shelf later or other accessories to organize the clothes. I can set the height of just this one shelf/rod as needed and then add around it. Combine multiple kits to have a double hang row and a single hang row or various combinations depending on your space. The ease of installation and the flexibility are a win.

A strong shelf that is very easy to assemble. Everything hangs from the top rod, so you need to level , align a couple of the predrilled holes to your studs and then add anchors (supplied) for the others. Once that is done, you simple hang the vertical rods from it, attach them to wall with a few more of the supplied screws, place the shelve brackets in the preferred position and clip your shelves onto them. The shelves lock into place so that they don’t move or slide. The whole installation process only takes about 30 minutes from unpacking to finish. I put it in my garage to get extra storage while still allowing me to store a cabinet underneath it. It is sturdy, strong and looks great.

This wire shelving kit was incredibly easy to set up. Once you hang the horizontal track level, which is simple to do, everything else ends up level also. The shelf heights are fully adjustable and this set comes with three 4 foot long 16" deep wire shelves. I wish I had taken a "before" picture of my craft closet because once I put everything back in the closet on my new shelves, I could hardly believe how much more room there was - and everything is so accessible. A very great product!

The white wire shelf is very attractive and allows for ventilation for your items stored. If you desire a more solid surface for things that could fall through the wire racks, they include a shelf covering to fit that need. See photo’s It is important that you drill into the studs as much as possible to secure the mounting shelving, all mounting hardware and assembly instructions are included. Interesting note, the holes are pre-drilled in the header, once you establish the location of the center stud, the right and left holes are 16 inches. Most construction being 16 inch on center, a well thought out feature. Our storage/coat closet area will require a few more shelves and some more hanging space. We plan on doing some shopping soon, then this area will be totally functional. Again, unique, attractive, functional clean looking with multiple interchangeable levels for shelving/storing. A very practical unit. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get more organized in their closets, laundry room etc. I hope you find this review and photos are helpful.

These are wonderful organizer kits. They come with all the hardware needed to install them, and you can purchase additional parts to customize or expand your designs as well. We loved that the box comes with several layout ideas which came in handy while planning our most efficient layout. The shelves are sturdy enough for most items that you would store in a closet - they say they hold up to 45lbs per shelf, but I would not recommend allowing kids to climb on the shelves or storing heavy objects on the shelves. The support brackets have holes every 8 inches which works great for most walls that have 16 inch studs. But the metal is also soft enough that you can drill additional holes if the brackets don't match up with your studs. Overall these sets are great for expanding the storage area in your closets and we will be purchasing more of them in the future to finish our other closet spaces.

We love these closet organizers. They are easy to install, and the kits can be mixed and matched to create custom designs and fit any closet. You can also purchase individual pieces so you can expand your designs. They are sturdy enough to hold most items (though I would not recommend climbing on them or putting really heavy objects on them), and add a ton of usable space to a closet. The boxes also come with suggestions for combinations you can set up in your own space which is really helpful when planning. The holes in the support bracket are 8 inches apart which fits great with most walls that have 16 inch studs. All hardware needed to install the closets is included in the kit, and we even have some pieces left over that could be used for another closet. Overall this is a great option to increase storage in your closet space.

Got three of these kits, different types. Shelf system alone and two clothes kits to mix and match. All three use the same parts making my custom job extremely easy. The only issue I had was having closets that are stupid irregular lengths. Couldn't use the manufacturers measuring guides. INSTALLATION is so EASY! If I had normal sized closets this job would have taken 15 minutes sidestepping the measuring that does take time. Took a couple of days to "see" the design for my closets and to get prefect measurements. Didn't use the coat hanger rods; doing so would take away too many inches from my limited space, but it works and looks good, actually prefect spacing! Had I a walk-in closet I would have used the hanger bars. Because I did a custom design I had shelving left over and used every bit of it to use up ALL of my closet space! Everything in the kits are extremely sturdy! Everbilt improved my small closet space better than I could have hoped for! Thank you Everbilt and HomeDepot!

Ridiculously easy to install. The issues I ran into has zero to do with this kit; my closets are silly irregular lengths as well as a foot on each side of my closets are behind the wall. I had three of these kits to mix & match which turned out to be a good call. All the parts are the same making them interchangeable! BRAVO on Everbilt for this. Had to make many cuts to the shelves that produced extra small shelves that I used! All of the parts are extremely sturdy! It took me a full two days to "see" the design for my closet space, I wanted to use ALL of the space and Everbilt made it possible! Highly recommend!

The kids are now old enough to help with their laundry but my other shelves and hanging bars are too high for them to reach. This kit works perfectly for them! I was able to install it low enough for them to reach and they are now able to help out when it is their turn on laundry day. As they grow, this will be easy enough for me to raise as needed.

My review of the Everbilt regular duty shelf. Packaged very securely. A bit difficult to unwrap. Easy to install just level the top rail and everything else falls into place. Good quality construction. After completion seems sturdy and strong enough to hold any size boxes. It's nice that it's height adjustable allowing you to put bigger packages if you need to. Will get a lot of use out of this shelf in my shed.

This closet system by Everbilt is really a great way to get your clothes organized at an affordable price. The system hangs up to 4tt tall garments in length and helps keep clothes from bunching. This hangs off rods so you don’t have to worry about it damaging your wall. All of the hardware and instructions are included. The white finish is a versatile color and this pairs with the Everbilt organizers so you can create your closet system. Putting this together took about an hour for me and overall I am happy with this product.

Solid construction and can hold a bunch of different sized shirts and pants. Love that it easily installs to any flat wall and will support a good amount of weight. I liked that you can adjust and tinker with how you want the shelf sitting in your wall. All hardware is included and instructions are easy to follow. May end up picking up another one of these to hold all my clothes.

A very versatile Closet system. The instructions were very good and detailed allowing the average home person with some skills with a drill and screw driver can install this system. There are several layouts shown that can give you some ideas of how you might want to install the shelving. There is 4 feet, 5 Feet, and a 6 Feet Layout IDEAS! The BEST things about this system is that you can ADD or TAKE AWAY to the closet system as you desire to fit any need that you want via other kits by Everbilt. You can also EASILY change and adjust the existing shelving to fit your future/changing needs too! And with the right tools you could even shorten the longest shelve to make two smaller or shorter shelves if that is how and what you need for you particle situation. Only limit is your ideas! Quality is good and all metal is coated for protection. Great in and simple in keeping your closet organized.

I've used this product to organize my bedroom closet which has sliding doors. The installation took about one hour to finish by a single person. Installing the hang track is the key, so make sure you level it properly. This step is the most time consuming too as you need to locate the studs for a secure install. I was able to attach one of the holes to a stud and for the rest I used included wall anchors. The vertical rails also need securing with screws as they need to be aligned to the wall. Once those are installed, the shelve brackets can be placed at desired height on the same position on all three vertical rails. There is a locking mechanism for the shelves, which is a bit hard to get in position for all three brackets. I tried a lot of times but somehow it only locked on two. I checked the leveling but it was perfect, so I guess the hang track got a bit crooked during the transport. Other than this minor issue, its is a quick and easy way to organize your closet space.
