This is what I expected, and I haven't had any issues with the product.

These are perfect for hanging my potted plants from the ceiling! I just drilled a hole in the ceiling slightly smaller than the screw and then it was easy enough to just twist it in. They hold my plants nicely and the gray color is neutral enough to not be too noticeable
