This was purchased online and product was delivered without the plastic plug which makes the entire drain pan useless. You can clrealy see lack of quality in HomeDepot’s work which begins with lack of training and unqualified staff.

I would say that this product is very good considering I had to completely smash it To get the water heater over it, Then I had to stretch it back into its form, Any dinner rip.

We had originally bought a larger pan from another store but it was a little too large for our space so I grabbed this one from HD instead. It was more expensive than the larger one but it's also a lot sturdier so I think it will be worth the few extra dollars.

Oh yes very happy with the product which I was able to purchase for my Plummer. The 22" pan was almost too small for the circumference of the new water heater Bradford/White.

Very cheap. Metal so thin we bent immediately.

Ordered threw app drain spout is supposed to be included wasn't when I picked it up. Some had to do explaining I got it.
